Hi everybody! My TSM log-files are getting larger and larger.. So I am about to write a Kix-script that archives my TSM logs. Are there any problems related to deleting the .log files for TSM? Is the client-side log files used for anything server-side? Thanks alot for any input! --Tor Arne

Sounds like the SCSI ID order may have been changed on the 2108 (easy to do). rmt0 sounds OK as that is where the library changer path is. The changer may be loading it the correct drive but the SCSI for the other drives may be set in a different order. Have you done a visual confirmation of thi

We found that the DSBACKER.NLM comes with NDS8, but is a older version than NDS7. When I say older by version , I mean date. 8 is running a may 23rd 2000 and 7 is running Jan 8th 2001. We loaded the older DSBACKER.NLM and this has fixed the SERVER SPECIFIC INFO problem. It now gets backed up...
