or something like that. Usually you should get more info there, It could be
alsow because of the drives ar Offline.
Ray look for Damaged or Unavalabel Tapes and if nothing comes up try looking
for I/O errors.

Yes you need to have "DRM" Licence and you need another TSM server.
I, think you can alsow map a network drive and create a disk copy pool
there, although i dont recomend this.
