You've got to hold the right click for the menu and window creation. Its a bit tricky with trackpad + keyboard, best to invest in at least a 2 button mouse if not a three button. The new chording support for the magic mouse/trackpads might help, but I haven't tried it yet on my macbook pro.

While setting up the iwp94.bib file I found a real error in the table of contents: Ballesteros' paper on "Plan 9's Universal Serial Bus" is listed in the TOC as starting on page 53, but it actually starts on 57. EBo --
