Hi all
I have recently switch to a macbook. I used to be very comfortable
using an ibm touchpad+keyboard to emulate middle clicks and right
clicks.
for the mac the documentation says ctrl+click is equal to right click
and option+click is middle click. It works fine using them with acme,
but I can
You've got to hold the right click for the menu and window creation.
Its a bit tricky with trackpad + keyboard, best to invest in at least
a 2 button mouse if not a three button. The new chording support for
the magic mouse/trackpads might help, but I haven't tried it yet on my
macbook pro.

and option+click is middle click. It works fine using them with acme,
but I cant seem to make a new window in rio?
for right click, you want command+click, not control+click. works here,
and is the same in 9vx. You can fake a

I'm working on a bibtex file for the iwp94e proceedings and wonder if there
are any definitions for the following fields:
editor
publisher
address
howpublished
Thanks and best regards,

I do not know if the proceedings is final or not, but I found a rather trivial
error on the cover of the proceedings:
The article "Styx Caching via Journal Callbacks" is listed with the author
order as "N.W. Filardo and V. Srinivas" whereas the article order and table
of contents list them in the

While working on this I also realized that I may have to "organization" wrong.
Who sponsors/organizes/controls IWP9?

While setting up the iwp94.bib file I found a real error in the table of
contents:
Ballesteros' paper on "Plan 9's Universal Serial Bus" is listed in the TOC as
starting on page 53, but it actually starts on 57.

Hi Erik,
I think the Currying paper appears twice. In the second case it
appears instead of the other paper by Ron Minnich et al.

Please note that I use crossrefs here. I may have to take them out later

Does anyone have text versions of the abstracts for the iwp94e papers? If so,
could you send them to me for additions in the BibTeX and CiteULike databases?
I would rather not have to retype them if at all possible...
all my tools are doing something really strange with copy paste of the

i think we ought to devote more time to the arm parts
