While I do not consider myself a bibtex guru, I was able to add a URL field for each of the citations so people can find the missing paper directly. There may still be a page alignment problem (assuming that the two papers are not exactly the same length), but this is a LOT better than having a missing paper (and particularly one I am REALLY interested in ;-) EBo --
