Unable to navigate with mouse

2007-10-04 Thread Pinkymaria_Joseph
Hello

I am using VNC Viewer Personal Edition ver 4.2.6.

After getting connected to another network, I am unable to use the mouse
to navigate. When I use the mouse(left-click) I get a "Page cannot be
displayed" error. I now navigate by right-clicking the links and
selecting the Open menu.

Is there any settings which should be changed?

Thanks

Pinky

Problem: Viewer silently terminating itself

2007-10-04 Thread Mike Barnes
I'm using RealVNC 4.1.2 on Windows XP Home. I want the connection to
remain open indefinitely. But I find that after a while the viewer
program terminates with no message. I've monitored it and established
that this termination takes place 8 hours 20 minutes (3 seconds)
after the connection is established, so it looks deliberate. I've
searched for a setting that I can alter, without success.

Can anyone confirm that this actually is a RealVNC "feature", and tell
me how to get round it?
