There is a button "Identities…" at the lower right corner of the main account settings page. From there you can configure as many virtual identities as you need (one for each alias which routes mails to your account). When you compose a mail ThunderBird tries to guess the identity from which the mail will be sent or you have the choice to select one from the list. Each identity may have extra IMAP folders for SPAM, Sent, etc. which is pretty cool :-). Hi, I answer this question in German. Best regards, Volker. Hallo Anja, eventuell sind die Einstellungen von OpenOffice beschädigt. Diese werden in einem versteckten Verzeichnis abgelegt. Zum Verzeichnis namens "Library" gelangt man im Finder vom Heimatverzeichnis über den Befehl "Gehe zu"=>"Gehe zum Ordner…" - gib in die Eingabezeile "Library" ein und klicke dann auf "Öffnen". Dort werden weitere Verzeichnisse angezeigt. Die OpenOffice Einstellungen findest Du im Verzeichnis "Application Support" und dort "OpenOffice.org". Benenne den Ordner bitte um, dann wird OpenOffice beim nächsten Start neue Einstellungen anlegen, wie beim ersten Start (es werden alle Benutzereinstellungen neu zurückgesetzt). Falls sich der Ordner nicht umbenennen läßt, dann ist vermutlich OpenOffice noch geöffnet im Hintergrund, melde Dich dann bitte ab und wieder an, danach sollte sich das Verzeichnis umbenennen lassen. Sollte dieses Verfahren das Problem nicht lösen, dann lösche doch die Applikation komplett aus dem Programme-Ordner und installiere OpenOffice neu (eventuell wurde eine Datei im Programm beschädigt).
