Just tried with calculator. It does set seem to be setting a minimum and a maximum width with the same value since I cannot resize it horizontally. This only happens in yakkety. The same qtmir, qtubuntu and unity8 runs fine in xenial. On a side note: multitouch in xorg is very problematic. Just now I had to reboot my xps touch screen laptop because the mouse pointer emulation logic no longer worked (pointer simply disappeared on touch). In my experience, usage of ./run.sh is being phased out. I don't remember the last time I used it (long time ago). If I comment out the AnimatedSprite in Cursor.qml, CPU usage fluctuates between 0% and 1%. The top-level window is not getting qml active focus when its child is closed because its MirSurface is also not getting focus.
