[Bug 930148] Re: Dodge windows is down but what about making the launcher autohide only on maximised apps ?
Adding autohide on window maximise would fix bug 873541. At present, a new user will either see misaligned window controls on fullscreen windows (bug 873541), or an empty desktop if they set the launcher to always hide. Surely fullscreen windows that appear 'broken' isn't a good thing for a new user to see, particularly in an LTS release. If this was added, it would fix this bug, at least until a more elegant solution could be implemented. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/930148 Title: Dodge windows is down but what about making the launcher autohide only on maximised apps ? ** Description changed: - Ubuntu Oneiric Beta 1, fully updated. Sometimes at startup, after the - GRUB2 menu, the system hangs at a blinking cursor with no hard drive - activity. I like this idea. I personally would like to see the humble bundle games available from the USC, it would get more games in the paid section of USC and make it easier to install the games and keep them up to date. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/736332 Title: Product bundles in the software center To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-center/+bug/736332/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 763816] Re: Dragging Synaptic to launcher creates empty space
I have just been able to reproduce this. As above the icon appeared after logging out and back in. However, even after removing and reinserting the icon into the launcher, the icon now appears correctly. It seems like the bug only occurs until the first log out, and does not occur again. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/763816 Title: Dragging Synaptic to launcher creates empty space -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
