If made using only silver and water, there is no limitations as to light
exposure.
Air exposure can eventually oxidize some of the ionic content and turn it
yellow..bottles are better than jars as the narrow neck limits surface area
exposed to the air.

A various assortment of AC/DC converters can be found at Thrift stores; some
might be suit-
able for a CS generator with observing safety in mind. Many computer speaker
systems have
adapters with 18-20 volt DC output. Would take longer than the 3 nine volt
battery setup, but
should be successful.

Voltage is nearly irrelevant...current and current density on the electrodes is
what is important.
Voltage is a function of current across a conductive medium. That's 3
inter-related and changing factors to consider, control and monitor.
Constant voltage is a set up for 'runaway' current and the higher the voltage
the faster it'll run away...which makes high concentration zones at the
electrode surface and in the water between the electrodes where large particles
and oxides form...and makes it impossible to tell how strong you made it.

To make EIS fast and still be predictable takes VERY large electrodes to keep
the current density spread out.

ONE nine volt battery would be preferable...even 1 or 2 AA batteries.

Re CS>MSM rids Parasites

Harsha, I take my MSM with my morning coffee because unlike a lot of
supplements/nutrients it crosses the blood brain barrier and has an
energizing effect (at about 5g). In fact, I usually recommend to people
that they NOT take MSM before they go to bed, because your brain will be
so active you won't be able to fall asleep. But back to your original
question, MSM powder can be taken with either hot or cold liquid. It is
not degraded by heat. So you could take it with hot tea, hot coffee or
cold orange juice. It can be added to a protein shake, apple sauce,
yogurt or even soup! The options are endless. Those of us who are truly
hardcore put the powder on our tongues and wash it down with water.

Hi Sol,
I agree completely on the bitterness, which is why I wrote this, Nov. 27:

One adjunct that Marc Fett has suggested over at lymestrategies, is to take an
MSM capsule, open it, drip in some CS to dissolve it, recap, pierce the side
with a pin and tuck it under your tongue for 15 to 30 min. By keeping your
tongue plastered to the roof of your mouth, your taste-buds won't even notice,
and the blood vessels beneath your tongue will transport the benefits of the
capsule to your entire body without being altered by your digestive tract. Then
swallow fast and chase with water or juice. This is almost as good as I.V. MSM
and I've used it when in crisis.

Be well,
Léna

Why in the world would you want to extend the bitter taste by mixing MSM
into anything?

Just dump the crystals in your mouth, quick take a mouthful of water, swish
it around quickly to surround the crystals, and swallow. Take another
mouthful of water. Then go ahead and have your apple sauce, coffee, or
whatever. Coffee might be good, after the fact. It will either make it
taste less bitter by contrast, or make it more bitter, not sure.

How do you get the hole in the capsule without destroying it, Lena?

My tongue is the biggest wuss, but I discovered that in this position, it
really notices nothing. Then one hard swallow at the end, after the capsule has
dissolved, chased by a gulp of some favorite liquid that you have handy, and
you've just given your whole body a tremendous benefit. L

It is mainly that I am a lifelong mouth breather, I just don't think I

What are the benefits you get from MSM? Are they definitive--i.e. you

CS>nebulizer

2014-11-29 Thread PT Ferrance
Maybe I'm just being a wuss about this but no one in my family growing up ever
had breathing problems so I never saw a nebulizer being used.

I'm trying to get some EIS into my system without having to go through the GI
system so I thought nebulizing would work.
I would appreciate any guidance people who have used this method can give.
Thanks.

Hi Sandee
Have you tried oregano oil for the virus?
It's the strongest natural virus killer there is.
Very strong taste and burns a bit so put a few drops in a glass of
juice and knock it back.
You can also paint it on your throat or lung area but it will burn and
tingle so go slowly with it until you find what you can tolerate. It
can be nasty, when my cat bad a virus last s.er I put some on her ears
to help boost her immune systemit burned them or else she detoxed
out her ears. Hard to say which but I spent a week cleaning the
hardened crustys off. Her ears were OK though and she recovered from
her symptoms very fast.
 Best wishes.

PET bottles are loaded with antimony, which is a hormone disruptor with
long term cardiotoxicity implications.

Antimony is a trace nutrient: a little goes a long way and
too much can be lethal.

Plastics are filled with surprises.

why I posted a message under the header "MSM:

In my experience, the MSM granules have a lot more taste
than they have when dissolved in anything liquid. When I
open a bottle of wine, I add a half teaspoon or so to the
bottle. I add a few tablespoons to my restaurant type sugar
dispenser, when I refill it with a couple cups of sugar. I
also add a teaspoon of salt substitute (potassium salt) but
that is a different topic. That way, my tea always has a
little MSM. I also put it in soup. I keep a shaker type
spice bottle of it handy, so I can add it to anything wet.
I also shake a little on my dog's meals to help with her
joint damage.

It is nice that there is almost no way to overdose on MSM.
It is less toxic than sugar. A cup a day probably wouldn't
hurt you. But a teaspoon or so a day is all you need.

The ability to taste MSM must vary widely, from person to
person. I can taste the solid granules on my tongue (bitter
taste), but a quarter teaspoon in a cup or a half teaspoon
in a bottle of wine has no taste, as far as I can tell.

I don't think it is a matter of being a super taster or
having a not sensitive palette. It is a case of specific
chemicals having a strong taste or no taste, at all,
depending on the genetics that built your taste buds.

Sol, try taking your MSM with food. Doing so is supposed to reduce the
gastrointestinal side effects that some people experience. You could
start with 1/2 gram (or even less!) three times a day. MSM is just a
highly bioavailable form of sulfur. Protein, eggs, and veggies in the
allium family (garlic, onions, leeks and chives) are also high in
organosulfur compounds.

My good advice and intentions aside, listen to your body. What's good
for one person isn't always good for the next.

notice the taste one way or the other. My husband insists that I NOT
add MSM to his coffee because he doesn't like the taste. He can tell, I
can't.

A few things (amino acids in particular, proteases (protein-digesting
enzymes) used to reduce inflammation and some herbs) are better taken on
an empty stomach. But the majority of vitamins and minerals are better
taken with food. MSM falls into the latter category of being better
taken with food. My bet is that Sol will be able to work up to
higher/therapeutic levels of MSM if he takes it in divided doses with food.

2014-11-29 Thread Lena Guyot
Hi Sol,
I'm so sorry! That must be very frustrating for you. When I studied yoga I
learned pranayama (google it: many good sources) and it was essentially for
increased life force, spirituality, etc. but after having done physical therapy
for my broken ankle, I'm wondering if pranayama could be used as a kind of
physical therapy for breathing: something done for a short spell every day, to
encourage the natural breathing to become easier over time, with no immediate
expectations of change.
I can sympathize with the taping idea, as I do mouth breathe when sleeping on
my back and I'd awaken with a tongue that felt like a dried loofah and all my
membranes felt like a snail desiccated in hot sun, I've had to train myself to
sleep only on my sides, something that was very difficult when I was in a heavy
leg cast. I can imaging how challenging this must be for you.

In the next couple of days, I'll try my MSM capsule trick with my nose
stoppered, to see if it's even possible to keep the tongue up and breathe at
the same time. I'd imagine you probably aren't a fan of wasabi, as I've noticed
if I open my mouth or speak with wasabi in it, it's hotness is much fiercer
than when I breathe only through my nose.
You have my sympathies!
Be well,
Léna

I,too, suffer from dry mouth snoring/mild apnea issues. Recently tried this
oral appliance device and it's awful. I refuse to use the CPAP. I was
hoping the Colloidal Silver would reduce the inflammation in my throat but
that wasn't the case.
Been reading about self-care of apnea with toning the inner throat by using
a
Didgeridoo
… looking for a cheap one - as I refuse to use plastic models.
