Sapi 5 problems.
Hi! Don't know whats going on here but it seems my sapi 5 support is gone. None of my sapi 5 voices can be heard. Even if i ran the sapi 5 repair utility on the gw micro home page. The odd thing is, I just fixed that same problem on my wife's computer. One thing you can do is use the fix registry program contained on this web page. http://www.accessible-devices.com/utilityprograms.html If that still doesn't work, try using the repair program deluserlex.exe again. Maybe I'm wrong. Some places call the one I got Zen Stone 2GB with speaker while others call it ZEN Stone Plus 2GB with Built-in Speaker. I think someone already posted this to the list, but blind people have reported that they can use the Zen Stones that come with displays. I haven't seen these models reviewed by a blind user though, and I haven't heard that the menus always come up in the same starting point or whether they wrap or not. I myself just upgraded from the 1GB version (without a display) to the 2GB version with an external speaker. Hi Is anyone able to be specific and give their experience? The Zen stone plus with FM radio, voice recording and speaker - they're a good price here in the auk and would be ideal if they are fairly accessible.
