The odd thing is, I just fixed that same problem on my wife's computer.
One thing you can do is use the fix registry program contained on this web page.
http://www.accessible-devices.com/utilityprograms.html

If that still doesn't work, try using the repair program deluserlex.exe again.
This is asuming you are using windows xp.
