Missing is co-maint for GD::Group GD::Image GD::Polygon GD::Polyline GD::Simple.
For two of those Lincolns only has co-maint, so I need Neil to add those.

I’ve given Reini co-maint on the packages where he was missing it.

Dan Harasty (HARASTY) had first-come permissions on GD::Polygon and 
GD::Polyline, based on releases done in 2002 (which are no longer on CPAN), and 
Lincoln just had co-maint. I switched those perms, so that Lincoln has 
first-come on all packages in the GD distribution.
