Re: To Upgrade Or Not To Upgrade

2024-05-28 Thread Ian Robinson
Hi Pete,

There is lots of talk about iOS 18 including some degree of AI that will exist
on the device. It will be interesting to see if there are any benefits to blind
users above and beyond the benefits everyone else will get. However, we don’t
know which phones will support the new features. If the language models take up
a lot of storage, then the features may not work on some devices. No doubt more
details will be released during Apple’s announcements in early June.

For that reason, I wouldn’t make a decision about a new phone this week.

YoutubeTV how to record a series on apple tv

2024-05-28 Thread sarai.bucciarelli
All:

I'm trying YoutubeTV on apple tv.

How do I setup recording a series? If I press and hold it returns to the
previous watched channel, which is cool. LOL but trying to figure out how to
record.

Look for a button that says add to library that will record shows to your
library. And as far as the other person's question, yes, you need to have a
subscription to YouTube TV before you can do anything.

OK, I don't have an Apple TV that I'm able to get into YouTube TV with. But if
you use your aero keys, and then click the OK button, then you can navigate to
the add to Library button. At least it's how it is on the computer and the
phone.
