Yeah it works great on phone and PC but not on Apple tv.

But if you use your aero keys, and then click the OK button, then you can navigate to the add to Library button. At least it's how it is on the computer and the phone. And as far as the other person's question, yes, you need to have a subscription to YouTube TV before you can do anything.
