Hi Bill,

yes same happens here. How long it takes VO to anounce depends on your machine.
On my iMac with an SSD it takes half a second. ;-)
BTW: Here VO + Command + k is to find next color change. Is that what you were
looking for?

 Greetings,

Not sure if the following issue has been discussed, but can anyone
successfully drag and drop mailboxes onto another mailbox while in Mail?

Two things I have noticed. First, I have had no luck with either
dropping the mailbox on or after the desired mailbox. On the positive
side, VO simply tells me that the drag and drop operation was
unsuccessful, so at least VO is trying...

Secondly, whenever I attempt to drag and drop, VO immediately switches

Yes, that's the key combination I'm having trouble with. I have a quad core

if I take the same text and move it into text edit it works fine.

Re: Drag and Drop in Mail Mailboxes

2012-09-08 Thread Bill Holton
Here are the exact steps I take:
1: Use the Mail command to hide all other windows.
2: go to full screen
3: Make sure the mailbox you want to move into the favorite bar isn't
currently the open mailbox
4: Hope your notification center doesn't pop up during this process.
5: Turn cursor tracking on
6: Go into your mailbox list and move to the mailbox you want to move
7: Turn quick nav on and move by character a few characters into the name of
your mailbox.
8: Press VO comma to select the mailbox for dragging
9: Leave cursor tracking on
10: go into the favorite bar and find the place you want to move your mailbox
to.
11: Press the VO shift f4 key to move the voiceover cursor to keyboard focus
12: do not use the VO period key to complete the move. Instead use the drop
marked item before voiceover cursor or drop marked item after voiceover
cursor command
I have been able to move mailboxes consistently into my favorites bar this way.

The best way I know to remove a mailbox from the favorites bar is:
1: Turn cursor tracking on
2: Move to the mailbox you want to remove.
3: Press VO command F5 to move the mouse cursor to the VO cursor
4: Click and hold the physical mouse left button
5: Move the mouse up and away until you hear a faint whoosh.
Hope this helps. Very interested if these steps work for others.

wrote it down. Can't find that right now, but it's a good way to get a list to
label a board from.

Hope this isn't too confusing.

ZCaptcha — For Reading Captcha Images

2012-09-08 Thread Brandon Olivares
Hello,

I've been working on this service for a month or two now, and am finally
prepared to release it on Monday. I wanted to mention it on this list to let
everyone know.

It is a web-based service called ZCaptcha, though I'd like to create an
application for it eventually. Basically you take a screenshot of the captcha,
then either upload it to the service or attach it to an e-mail. It takes
approximately 2-5 minutes, but soon you'll get an e-mail back with the captcha
code, or else you can check online, too.

It is similar to what Solona did, but with this there are always people to read
the code. It uses Amazon Mechanical Turk, which is a service by Amazon where
hundreds of thousands of people are available to perform small tasks for a low
price. So, the image is sent, and easily returned within a couple of minutes
with the correct code. Because Turk itself charges, the average price is $0.06
per captcha request, and ones in which the screenshot is wrong somehow (not
containing the captcha or the captcha cannot be read) is free.

Obviously besides WebVissum for Firefox, there is really nothing like this out
there, which is why I wanted to develop it, as much for myself as for everyone
else.

I plan on launching this on Monday, so I will give more information then.

Thanks,
Brandon

mmh? As soon as I choose a mailbox to drag and drop it becomes the currently

Usuallly both cursors combined together and so either nothing happened or -
again assumed you meant to switch cursor tracking off - the VO cursor jumped to
the position where keyboard focus was the last, in my case it was on the

How are you choosing the mailbox to move? All you need to do is to move the
VO cursor to it, you don't need to press spacebar or anything.
Previous desriptions have had people turning off cursor tracking, I just
wanted to make sure the tracking stayed on throughout this.
Give me a call, if you like, and I'll walk you through it. Either with the

Remote Logon

2012-09-08 Thread Dan Roy
I am looking for an accessible way to log on to someone elses computer from
either the mac or the iPhone. I found the logmein site, and, that will send
the sound through, however, once logging on to a remote machine, it's vary
difficult to gain focus on it. Besides, this is a fairly expensive solution.
You have to pay an annual fee for each computer you want to access. The IOS
app kind of works, but, using a bluetooth keyboard, you can't use any keys that
vo is using. I haven't yet tried turning off vo and would rather not do that.

I am hoping there's another more accessible way of accomplishing this.

thanks for any help anyone can provide on this.

A very annoying problem with Apple Mail please help.

2012-09-08 Thread Kawal Gucukoglu
Hello All.

I have a very annoying problem with Apple mail and am sure this wasn't so when
Mountain Lion had just come out and I had not applied the latest update. But
since the update, this is so.

When ever I view mail in the conversation view which I like, it is always
saying that I have images in mail and so I have to interact with all the images
to read the conversations which are threaded. So does any one know how to get
mail to read again without images please?

Thanks in advance.

Kawal.

Re: [Maccessibility] The Humanware Communicator for iOS

2012-09-08 Thread Alex Hall
Um, well, put simply... nothing. True, hooking a display up to an iOS
device hides the onscreen keyboard, but in iOS6 I hear they will offer
a way to show it. Also, you get a buffer of past messages. Basically,
a program any decent coder could put together in, say a few days?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, though I really don't know if we'll
find anyone willing to throw away... rather, spend $100 on an app that
consists of a text fiel, list of messages, and keyboard.

Re: [Maccessibility] The Humanware Communicator for iOS

2012-09-08 Thread Alex Hall
Well, this is humanware after all. For those not in the know, let me
tell you about their latest major keysoft update (which takes one sma
count). It costs $200 for an sma, giving you two upgrades, or $135 for
a single upgrade if you do not have an sma. Keeping that in mind,
here's the long list of features they included in the last paid
update:
* a translator that can convert the text in pdf files to .txt files.
* bug fixes, including a fix for the braille terminal mode on qt units
(to fix something they broke in the previous update)
* a way for the bn to automatically use an active internet connection
without prompting the user to pick one each time (this rarely works as
advertised)

...and that's it. One feature, one interface change that doesn't work
right, and a fix for a previous mistake, all for the low price of
$135. Does this explain more about how they can charge $100 for a
simple app?

can't control volume with my keyboard under certain conditions

2012-09-08 Thread John Sanfilippo
Hello,

Under Lion I had a Logitech wireless head set with a mic. I could use either
the headset or the keyboard to adjust system volume.

I switched to Mountain Lion.

I hadn't bothered using the Logitech head set until recently. I now have the
following situation:

As long as the head set is connected I have full head set and keyboard control
of system volume.

When the head set is disconnected, I lose keyboard control of volume and muting.

Incidentally, when I boot this iMac under Vista the volume control problem does
not exist.

Help appreciated.

Besides which, you can show or hide the keyboard with a Braille display in most
cases by pressing dots 1-4-6 chord. I believe there's a bluetooth keyboard
equivalent for that, too.

Re: script to announce battery

2012-09-08 Thread Brandon Olivares
Hello,

I saved it to /Users/myusername/Library/Application Scripts/VoiceOver/Battery
Status.applescript

The Library folder is hidden, but I usually use command-shift-g to get into the
folder by typing it in.

Anyway, then you set it in your keyboard commander. Go to Voiceover Utilities
-> Commanders -> Keyboard. Click "add", enter the key that you want to call the
command (for instance, if you enter B, then right option + b will execute the
script). Then to the right, select that menu. Go to "Custom Commands," and in
there select "Run Applescript Script". Finally, browse to the location where
you put your script earlier, and select it.

Now your keyboard shortcut should work right away.

Where do Apps go

Hi, it appears that nobody knows how to sync the apps from the phone to
the new Mac. Does anybody know where on the Mac it stores Apps? I am
wondering if I copy the apps from the PC and put them in the correct

Thanks again.

when you plugged your phone in, did it say there were purchased items on the
phone?
If so, it should have transferred them back.
I'm still thinking on this.

Re: [Maccessibility] The Humanware Communicator for iOS

2012-09-08 Thread Teresa Cochran
In many cases, the keyboard is hidden by default when an external device is
connected. However, it sometimes gets in the way when I'm using the Braille
display. The Braille shows labeled buttons with the letters, which obscures
part of what I want to read.

Re: Where do Apps go

2012-09-08 Thread Mike Arrigo
I believe it's in your home folder, then go to music, itunes, I think there'sa
folder there with all of the apps. Actually there's no need to do this, you can
just go to the app store on the device and redownload your apps, might take a
bit more time but should be a bit easier.

XFinity apps.

2012-09-08 Thread Allison Mervis
Hi everyone!
The Comcast guy just left, and I'm eager to know how much I can do with the
XFinity mobile and tV apps on my iPhone. Last time I checked, these apps were
not very accessible. Will I be able to watch tv, check our home phone's
voicemails etc independently on my iPhone? Our package came with free DVR
service. Since the DVR itself is of course inaccessible, can I control it with
the iPhone? Will I be able to watch recorder shows on the go? That's all for
now, but I'll write with more questions as they come up. Thanks!
Allison

Re: script to announce battery

Hi Brandon
Thanks for these instructions. I'm sorry to be so dumb, but when I type library
in the command shift g edit box, the Mac says the folder can't be found.
This is the part of the Mac I don't get yet at all. I have never got the
command shift g to find the library folder. Are you saying you have to type the
path name into that command shift g edit box?
Thanks

Subject: Remote Logon

I am looking for an accessible way to log on to someone elses computer from
either the mac or the iPhone. I found the logmein site, and, that will send
the sound through, however, once logging on to a remote machine, it's vary
difficult to gain focus on it. Besides, this is a fairly expensive
solution. You have to pay an annual fee for each computer you want to
access. The IOS app kind of works, but, using a bluetooth keyboard, you
can't use any keys that vo is using. I haven't yet tried turning off vo and
would rather not do that.

I am hoping there's another more accessible way of accomplishing this.

thanks for any help anyone can provide on this.

Re: XFinity apps.

2012-09-08 Thread Cameron Strife
Hi. Yes, I'm curious about this as well. from what I've read so far,
you need to be able to read what's displayed on the cable box/tv to
get it setup on your iOS devices.

If anyone out there is currently using these apps, I'd be interested
in hearing about them in terms of vo accessibility and just general
feedback.

Thanks,

Cameron.

Caps Lock to VO, KeyRemap4Macbook update

2012-09-08 Thread Eric Caron
Hello Listers,

Below I've written out the steps needed to have the Voice Over Keys, Control
and Option, mapped to the caps lock key. This allows a Voice over user to use
caps lock with keys that might be difficult to reach with the standard Control
Option VO keys. In addition this new setting now automatically creates Caps
Lock as the modifier in a VM machine. Finally the application creates a number
pad on the standard keyboard centered around the letter i.

This is a update to my earlier podcast. Takayama Fumihiko, the developer of
these applications has changed KeyRemapper4Macbook, making it much easier to
set up the computer to use the caps lock as the VO keys.

Below I will write out the steps to complete the set up.
I will also include a link to a recently completed podcast that walks through
the new set up. this is much shorter then the previous podcast as it is much
easier to complete the steps. The podcast is 25 minutes long but the last 4
minutes is for those who all ready use the applications and want to update.

I will be submitting this podcast and the written details to applevis.com in
the hope that they will post the update.

-
Here are the steps needed to have a number pad added to your keyboard, have
caps lock work as a Voice Over Key, and have the Caps lock work as the Jaws key
or similar modifier in other screen readers used in VM Fusion.
Go to the developer web site and download and install both KeyRemap4MacBook
and PCKeyboardHack.
>

 http://pqrs.org/macosx/keyremap4macbook/pckeyboardhack-usage.html.en

Be sure you restart your computer at the end of the install.

Now go to System Preferences and to Keyboard. Change the behavior of the Caps
lock key to no action.
Now also in System Preferences under Other you will find both PCKeyboardhack
and Keyremap4Macbook. go to PCKeyboardhack and in the settings tab in the
first table interact on the field that currently reads 51. Press enter after
interacting, then change the number to 110. This changes the caps lock key to
the windows Application key. then close the application

Still in System Preferences and in the Other category go to KeyRemap4Macbook.
In the Change Key tab move over to the search field and type in "blind voice
over" without the quotes. then arrow right over to the table. Interact and
you should be on the correct setting. arrow to the check box and select it.
Close the application.

>>> The new setting name is "Use Caps Lock as Voice Over key."

Now if you press the caps lock key it will act as if you are pressing the
Control and Option keys. You have the original VO keys to use. as this only
changes the caps lock key. Also If you press the FN key and letter i you will
find it is a 5 and the rest of the number pad is there. If you turn on num
pad commander you can now use the Voice Over controls with this number pad.

For VM Fusion users you have another bonus. The caps lock key will now act as
the Jaws key if you are using a VM Fusion machine with windows.
The Keyremap4macbook application can be used instead of sharp keys or the VM
fusion key settings. they should not be used to try to control the same keys
at the same time.

The Keyremap4macbook needs to be version
>>>7.8.17.
If you want to be sure you have that one here is the direct link.
>>> http://pqrs.org/macosx/keyremap4macbook/files/KeyRemap4MacBook-7.8.17.dmg
>>>
>>> In VMware Fusion, the Help key will be interpreted as Insert Key. As this
>>> is often the screen reader modifier in Windows screen readers it will now
>>> work as the caps lock key.
for more information here is a helpful link.
>>> http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&externalId=1001675
>>>
Here are the steps to update KeyRemap4Macbook if you followed the original
podcast and used the Private XML. this is only for those who want to add the
VM Fusion option or simply want the newer application. The Caps lock key on
the Mac and the Num pad behavior will be the same so you may not want to bother
to update.

Those who did a new install as listed above all ready have the VM Fusion option
and the other capabilities.

If for some reason you want the Caps Lock Key to only work as the VO keys and
not be available in the VM machine then follow the directions in the original
podcast that includes the private xml. You will find this at applevis.com and
all needed text and links are in the Guides section.

Steps to update Keyremap4Macbook, for those who used the private xml.

go into system Preferences and to Keyremap4macbook and uncheck the box for
Application key to Control Option. For me it is the first item in the table
when i interact.
Then close the application.

Download the new version 7.8.17 link above.
Be sure to restart the computer after you install.
Then do the same as above.
Go to KeyRemap4Macbook and in the search field enter "blind voice over" then
interact with the table

Re: [Maccessibility] The Humanware Communicator for iOS

2012-09-08 Thread David Tanner
No, you guys don't understand what is going on with this app. It is
primarily an app that most blind folks wouldn't want. It is so that a
deaf-blind can do face-to-face communications with another person. Yes, it
looks pretty simple, but when you look at development costs and realize that
you aren't going to sell a whole lot of apps when you are only really
selling to a limited size deaf-blind community then the cost is going to be
higher than for an app that blind and sighted people would want to purchase.

Again, it is a great app for those who need it, and actually drops the price
for communications for a deaf-blind person by thousands of dollars from the
$8,000 price of the deaf-Blind Communicator that Humanware has been selling
since 2009. So, even if you add the cost of the app, a $2,500 or so
bluetooth Braille display and an iPhone it cuts the price in half or more.

One feature, one interface change that doesn't work
right, and a fix for a previous mistake, all for the low price of
$135. Does this explain more about how they can charge $100 for a
simple app?

You have to be in your user's home directory (/Users/yourusername" when you

Let me ask this then: how is this so different from using the notes

Re: [Maccessibility] The Humanware Communicator for iOS

2012-09-08 Thread Lisette Wesseling
Yes but we're not deafblind so we wouldn't see the point in paying for it. It
is a significant reduction to their stand alone device.
If this app encourages more deafblind people to get iPhones, and use texting
etc, and discover how easy email is, it may encourage more use of braille and
greater literacy among deafblind people.
No, I don't work for Humanware, and would use the notes app myself if I were
communicating with a deafblind person, but I think it's not aimed at us.
Slagging off another company without really knowing about the issues is not
helpful.

Well, maybe they only pay $100 to be a developer, but what about all the
time spent developing an app. Are programmers suppose to live on air/? If
you don't pay a developer for their development time they aren't going to be
a developer for long. It does cost money for a developer to live, pay their
bills, etc.

The Notes app will work for what this does, but not as well for the
deaf-blind user as this app does. On the other hand I'm not sure it is
really worth $99, but as an assistive technology specialist working with
deaf-blind I do realize that it is difficult to find accessible
communications tools for the deaf-blind person to use, and when you do they
are typically going to be very expensive because the number of deaf-blind
people is much smaller than the number of hearing blind folks. Hearing
blind people don't need this app unless they want to communicate with a
deaf-blind person.

Let me ask this then: how is this so different from using the notes
app? Also, the cost per year for being an apple developer is $100. Do
they really plan on selling so few that they have to charge as much as
they pay apple for a year for just one app purchase? Yes, I realize
they get only 66% of the cost, but still... $100 for a text entry app?
I really don't see it.

Again, it is a great app for those who need it, and actually drops the

for communications for a deaf-blind person by thousands of dollars from
the

$8,000 price of the deaf-Blind Communicator that Humanware has been

since 2009. So, even if you add the cost of the app, a $2,500 or so
bluetooth Braille display and an iPhone it cuts the price in half or more.

One feature, one interface change that doesn't work
right, and a fix for a previous mistake, all for the low price of
$135. Does this explain more about how they can charge $100 for a
simple app?

Re: Placing BookMarks On desktop

2012-09-08 Thread Esther
Hi Jane,

You can manually create a web shortcut file by using TextEdit in plain
text mode and typing or pasting in three lines. I'll paste in text
from the post I made earlier this year, in answer to a query on how
to create such a web shortcut file for the bard site.

1. From Finder, press Command-Shift-A to navigate to your Applications
folder
2. Press “t” to navigate to TextEdit, and open it with Command-Down
arrow or Command-O
3. If you’re using the default TextEdit settings, press Command-Shift-
T to switch from rich text to plain text format.
4. Type the following three lines, noting that for the third line you
will simply be pressing the return key:
[InternetShortcut]
URL=https://nlsbard.loc.gov/
enter key
5. Save the file with Command-S, and if you want it saved to your
Desktop press Command-Shift-D. Type in a name in the text box like
“bard.url” (without the quotes), and press return. You’ll be asked to
confirm that you want to use the “.url” extension instead of “.txt”‘;
just press return to accept this.
6. Close the file with Command-W
Now you have a file on your Desktop that will open Safari to the bard
web site whenever you open it. If you want to create a similar file
for another web site, just change the URL address that you put into
this file. In fact, you can simply copy the file you created, open the
copy with TextEdit to change the URL address, and then save it to
another file name with a “.url” extension.

For the first line you must have left and right brackets enclosing
"InternetShortcut", which is spelled with capital "I" and "S", but no
space between "Internet" and "Shortcut". (You might want to just copy
and paste that line). The second line just begins with "URL=" and
then you paste in the URL address of the specific web page you want to
bookmark. The third line will appear to have nothing on the line --
you just press "return". I've adopted John Panarese's description
(when he save my post to the "macfortheblind.com" site in the "tips
and tricks for the Mac" page) of writing "enter key".

The file name can be anything you choose as long as it has a ".url"
extension. When the file name has the ".url" extension, opening it
will open your default web browser to the web page address you
specified. You can place the files on the Desktop or under any
folder, place an alias of the file in your Dock by using the Command-
Shift-T shortcut from Finder (just as with any other folder or file),
or mail this file as an attachment to friends. Opening the file in
either Mac or Windows systems will work. You can also go back and
edit the file as long as you open the file in TextEdit. That's no
longer the default application for opening the file once you use the
".url" file extension in the name, so you have to use the contextual
menu (VO-Shift-M) and select the "Open with" option, then select
"TextEdit" as the application. This can be useful if the address of
the web site changes, and you don't want to create a new web bookmark
file from scratch, or if you have forgotten the syntax, and want to
create more such files. For example, you probably have one of these
files for the Mail Archive web page for the mac-access list. You can
use this as a template for making more such files by simply copying
the file and renaming it, then opening that copied file with TextEdit
(via the "Open with" dialog), and just changing the address on the
second line after the "URL=" string.

This is the same type of file that gets generated when sighted users
drag and drop the highlighted URL on the address bar to their
Desktop. It's just that it's possible to get the same results in a
completely accessible fashion with TextEdit. For completeness, I'll
add that the .url extension files that work on both the Mac and
Windows won't work on earlier, non-Intel Macs. There's an alternate,
Mac-specifc file extension called ".webloc" files (for "web location")
that works on all Macs, including the earlier PowerPC Macs under
Tiger, Leopard, etc. that you can also create with TextEdit in plain
text mode, but it has a more complex structure to type, since it uses
XML coding.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther

I believe it's in your home folder, then go to music, itunes, I think there'sa
folder there with all of the apps. Actually there's no need to do this, you can
just go to the app store on the device and redownload your apps, might take a
bit more time but should be a bit easier.

Re: Where do Apps go

2012-09-08 Thread Esther
Hi Max,

If I understand correctly, you've been using an iPhone on a Windows
computer for some time, but have just migrated to a Mac. Did you use
Migration Assistant to move your previous iTunes library contents,
including music and app purchases, over to your Mac? I've never used
this in any fashion from Windows, but my understanding is that if you
downloaded the Windows Migration Assistant from the Apple web site,
this handled the migration of your iTunes library content including
purchases, web bookmarks, contacts, and mail, and that this worked at
least through Lion. However, most people who have switched to the Mac
and posted queries on this list don't seem to have used all these
tools, and it is certainly possible to perform all these actions
independently.

Regardless of what previous migration actions you took, does any of
your music or other purchases now showi up under your iTunes library?
(I'm not talking about looking for a "purchases" playlist in your
sources table, I'm simply asking whether, if you navigate to Apps or
Music under your sources table, whether any of the contents of your
current iTunes library under the Mac includes any items that you
previously purchased under iTunes, whether from your iPhone or from
your Windows computer. Also, have you authorized your computer? By
that I mean, is your computer's iTunes account associated with the
Apple ID and password that you previously used to purchase apps and/or
music? This is normally also taken care of as part of the Migration
Assistant process. If your iPhone was set up to sync to your Windows
computer, and you have never changed the default sync computer to be
with your Mac, and have not migrated the purchased apps, musics, and
previous backups to iTunes on your new Mac, then there will be no apps
under iTunes on your new Mac. However, you can transfer purchases,
including apps and music that are on your iPhone, to iTunes on your
Mac by connecting your iPhone and then navigating to the "File" menu
on the iTunes menu bar (either Control-F2 or VO-M to move to the menu
bar, press "f" to move to the "File" menu, then arrow down to the
"Transfer Purchases" menu option and press return to select it. This
option will be dimmed if you have no iOS device connected, and it may
be dimmed if you have not authorized your computer. Normally, you can
just arrow down into the File menu and then press "t" to navigate to
the "Transfer Purchases" option -- if it isn't dimmed.

One of the points of confusion is that much of the documentation
assumes that you use the same Apple ID for your iCloud storage,
iMessages, and "Find My iPhone", etc. that you use for your iTunes
purchases, but many people use a common Apple ID for iTunes purchases
so they can share apps with a spouse. And in my case, my ID for
iTunes purchases predates the newer system of using email-like ID
names, and also predates the dot Mac and MobileMe accounts that are
the standard Apple IDs. So, if the login name and password that you
use to purchase apps and music from the iTunes store, and to purchase
apps from the Mac App store, is not the same as the Apple ID you use
for iMessages, etc., then you will have to make sure that you use the
ID associated with your previous iTunes app and music purchases to
authorize your computer's iTunes account. If this is not the case,
then your apps and music will not sync from your connected iPhone, and
you will not be able to use the "Transfer Purchases" option under the
File menu when your iPhone is connected to your computer without first
taking the step to authorize your computer. So if that step fails, go
the "Store" menu on the iTunes menu bar (Control-F2 or VO-M to the
menu bar, then press "s" to navigate to "Store"), arrow down, and
press "a" to move to "Authorize computer", then press return. A
dialog window will pop up with Apple ID and password. If you have a
different iTunes Apple ID from the Apple ID you use for iCloud and
iMessages, then you'll have to change the default Apple ID that
appears in the text box to the one that you use for your iTunes
purchases, and then type in the password associated with that ID in
the password text box before pressing "return" (or navigating to the
"Authorize" button and using VO-Space) to authorize your computer.

It's hard to tell because I don't know what previous steps you took,
but I'm pretty sure that if you connect an iOS device to iTunes on a
brand new computer that provided your have authorized iTunes so that
your previous purchases can be associated with a correct account,
you'll be offered the option of syncing your device to the new
computer, and even prompted about transferring purchases, making a
backup, etc. But you can certainly transfer purchases without
designating the new computer as the new computer for syncing your
iPhone. And once you transfer these, you should have a library of
apps.

Here's the link to the Apple Knowledge Base article on transferring
purchases. It

one other thing you could also try is consolidate your library on your old
windows pc.
then go to music and and copy your iTunes folder.
that's how i switched over all my items.

Hello,

I would honestly just contact the owner. My wife (Christine Olivares who just
recently joined) had the same problem for about eight months, and that was the
only thing that worked for us.
