console hebrew fonts.
hi, i am trying to use hebrew fonts in console. i am using mandrake 7.1. i saw in the site the command: consolechars --tty $tty -f iso08.f16 -m iso08 -u iso08 i use that command.. and it worked but not all the way.. after i use this command i can use hebrew chars in console but i see it all from the end to the beginning... something like, if i type: "tizmo" i'll see in the prompt: "omzit". someone can please help me and tell me how can i fix it ? and another thing.. i also like to use BitchX with the hebrew fonts.. if someone can help.. please do. thanks, Tizmo.

hi, i have two computers, one (the one i am using now) is running linux (slack) and the other one is running win98.the linux machine got a cable connection (DHCP) and both of the computers got a netcard and the are connected togather using a HUB.i want to share my cable connection with the two computers.someone can help me out ?i prefer something simple like, allowing only one ip to access the service and give him a full internet service.. thanks.

Hello, I just owned a domain name and i got a nameserver to host it. on the name server i got access only to the zone file of my domain. i wanted to make an email alias like: [EMAIL PROTECTED] transfer (be an alias to) [EMAIL PROTECTED] someone knows how can i do it? remember: i got access only to the zone file.. i read the DNS-HOWTO but this is not helping me at all.. nothing in there about email aliasing. what to do with linux ?
hey all, i want to install slackware 7.1 linux on my box, i know how to use linux and i got a cable modem to connect to the internet.. but the BIG qustions is: "What to do with linux ?" If someone can please tell me for what purposses can i use linux on the internet or any other thing.. i see linux has an operating system for networks admins and internet services providers only and i cant seem to find any job for linux to do on a personal home computer. I am afraid that after i will install linux on my machin i will have nothing to do with it and i'll get borad.. mandrake installation question..
hey list, i wanna install mandrake 7.2. now, this is how i wanna do it so please tell me if its possible: I wanna download the mandrak installation ISO file to my c:\ (on windows) and then boot the system with mandrake's hd.img boot disk image (if this is not the correct image tell me what IS) and install the system from the ISO file on c:\ without burnning it to a CD. is it possible ?
