Regarding bill4u, they kept asking me if I wanted to get the bill in the
email. I said sure, but when an unusable link to their site arrived, I
called them up and tried to explain them that I expected to get a pdf file
or an html file with the contents of the bill, not a link to their useless
site. After trying to explain the difference for a while, I gave up and
requested that they keep sending me the bill in paper format...

Another one - bank hapoalim business section:
http://www.bankhapoalim.biz/

Just click onto the "כניסה לחשבונותיך" and you will be
automatically
redirected to a default page.

Some time ago they issued padkey USB device that one must use to get access
to the site. If I understand correcly, the IE uses ActiveX to retrieve an
key from the device and transfers the key and keyboard-entered password to
the site for authenitcation. The scheme might prevent you from using Linux,
but one should still be able to use Firefox on Windows.

I'll bet they do it for "security". Indeed, forcing people to use ActiveX is
a secure way to have these people PC quickly broken into.

How lame can they be...

I can still remember Leumi doing this with a floppy "way then". At least
a USB device would last for several months/years.
Floppies lick balls (the 1.44, not the 1.2, they actually kickes ass and
were better, don't know why).

The why is easy, you stick more data into less space pushing the limits of the
technology over the edge.

Easier to break into the computer, but harder to break into the bank. Why do
you think that they care about your computer?

And if it's a hasp device, it can be hell to set it up, sometimes the machines
just decides it doesn't like it (especially if you stuck it in in the wrong
order with installing the driver) and unless you know what you are doing it's a
mess to fix.

We need to convince whomever is importing apple to lower their prices, besides
the nice machines it will force these sites to be more compliant when more
people yell at them with "mainstream" operating systems.

They are still convinced that there are only five people in the world using
linux.

Another thing to do is to finally get some people who know web development in
the market and not just people who studied html for dummies.

finding which public key was used to login to ssh

2009-01-18 Thread Amos Shapira
Hello,

Is there a way to get the identity of the private/public key pair
which was used to login to ssh?

The log on the server (/var/log/secure) says things like:

Jan 19 12:05:14 xen02 sshd[3960]: Accepted publickey for root from
192.168.0.81 port 43442 ssh2

Is there a way to make it include ID of ssh key used?

This is on CentOS 5.

I couldn't find anything in the SSHD docs or the openssh FAQ.

Thanks,

Lame excuse. If someone owns your computer, they'll own your bank
account in no time (OK... they'll have to wait until you login again ;-)
