Regarding bill4u, they kept asking me if I wanted to get the bill in the email. I said sure, but when an unusable link to their site arrived, I called them up and tried to explain them that I expected to get a pdf file or an html file with the contents of the bill, not a link to their useless site. After trying to explain the difference for a while, I gave up and requested that they keep sending me the bill in paper format...
