RE: KX-T: conference phones
I could definitly use some advice here as well. We just tried to hold a conference w/ a 7400 series phone, and let's just say that the pickup was horrible. Time to upgrade... [nilsf@netnation.com: KX-T: UCD Monitor w/ TD500]
Does anyone have any ideas about this? - Forwarded message from Nils Finnsson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - Good morning all, I have a ucd group setup and have ext 159 designated to be able to show the UCD monitor. I want to change the UCD monitor over to extension 215, and I'm having troubles. What I have done in the TD500 maint console... - Switched extension 215 over to the correct extension group (7) in 1-3 "Extension Port Assignment" - Changed the "Manager Extension" to extension 215 in 2-1 "Tennant" - Changed the "Destination Day", "Destination Night" and "Supervisor Extension" to extension 215 in 3-2 "Extension Group". _ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt

Re: [nilsf@netnation.com: KX-T: UCD Monitor w/ TD500]
Ok, for the people who replied, thank you. It turns out that I had everything setup properly, but missed one thing. I had unplugged the old extension and had left the UCD Monitor running on it. I plugged the old extension back in, and turned it off, and it then worked on the new one. Just to be sure we're talking about the same thing. the UCD monitor when enabled on a phone displays the number of calls waiting in a UCD queue. If I have the definition wrong, someone please correct me. I'm thinking it is often confused with the UCD Login Monitor which is used on DSS buttons to see if people are logged in or logged out of a UCD group. -nils On Mon, Jan 27, 2003 at 09:34:23AM -0800 or thereabouts, Nils Finnsson wrote: > > Does anyone have any ideas about this? > > > - Forwarded message from Nils Finnsson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - > > Good morning all, > > I have a ucd group setup and have ext 159 designated > to be able to show the UCD monitor. KX-T: version of kxtd500
I reciently aquired a new customer with a kxtd 500. I have been servicing her voice mail with no trouble, they now need a panasonic cordless phone and now I need the program tool for the 500. I am a csd kxtd dealer for all models except the 500, have found it not cost effective to get its certification having only one customer. only thing I know is that it's a fairly new one, the eprom no's are IC21 thru IC24, Q171AAA thru Q174AAA. The reason I aquired this customer is that the dealer who sold her the system has not treated her fairly, charges for every bit of help, and wont give her any guide except the phone user guides. First need what version the 500 is ? Second need where I can purchase a copy of the program tool ? multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html _ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
