printer-applet is not part of the 4.10 release any more.
print/print-manager is a new port introduced for the 4.10 release that
might be an alternative though I never used either.

The port can be build with base gcc, but it won't build kactivitymanagerd.

- Help FindFoo() locate files when building ports with non-default PREFIX
- Switch to outsource build provided by bsd.cmake.mk

bsd.cmake.mk:
- Introduce CMAKE_NOCOLOR and enable if BATCH is set
- Remove useless CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX [*]
- Allow BUILD_WRKSRC and INSTALL_WRKSRC to be overwritten for outsource builds
[*]

All changes are pretty safe, except [*] which may break some dirty ports.

What we agreed on some time ago (I wish I had a log to show) was that ports
with no distinctive name (like svgpart) still needed a prefix to avoid making
them too much generic, e.g., to avoid XFCE people installing a KDE printer
manager. That said, I'm open to revisit this, I'm just exposing previous non-
written "policy".
