What we agreed on some time ago (I wish I had a log to show) was that ports 
with no distinctive name (like svgpart) still needed a prefix to avoid making 
them too much generic, e.g., to avoid XFCE people installing a KDE printer 
manager. That said, I'm open to revisit this, I'm just exposing previous non-
written "policy".
