I suspect it will naturally fix itself once the kdepim-runtime is updated or a seed job is run. `/builds/pim/merkuro/_install/bin/akonadi_ical_resource: symbol lookup error: /builds/pim/merkuro/_install/bin/akonadi_ical_resource: undefined symbol: _ZN7Akonadi12ResourceBase4initERS0_`
KDE Gear projects with failing CI (release/24.12) (27 November 2024)
Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple reasons. Good news: 10 repositories were fixed Bad news: 2 repositories still failing kalzium - 3rd week * https://invent.kde.org/education/kalzium/-/pipelines/826999 * freebsd build fails to compile mimetreeparser - 3rd week * https://invent.kde.org/pim/mimetreeparser/-/pipelines/827040 * core-mimetreeparsertest fails Cheers, Albert P.S: This is assuming the craft macos job succeed I got tired of waiting

[call to action] submit your ideas for SoK25 projects (deadline: 15 Dec.)
Hello! We'd like to invite the community to submit ideas for Season of KDE 2025 projects. Deadline to do so is Sunday *15 December* 2024! https://community.kde.org/SoK/Ideas/2025 All community members can submit an idea. If you have an idea, reach out to the different people on the team to see if at least one core member would like to mentor and ask if you can add their contact info. If not, do not add the project there. In short: do not add SoK ideas with no mentor and no contact info. Please be as specific as you can be with your idea. KDE is really big -- don't assume people are familiar with the project you are proposing! We'd especially like to encourage previous SoK/GSoC participants to co-mentor a project. SoK is more of a guide-by-the-side than a sage-on-the-stage role, so please don't feel shy about taking on a mentorship role once you have been "seasoned" yourself. Remember that SoK is more general than GSoC, so these ideas are not limited only to coding tasks and you can include projects related to documentation, artwork, translation, reports and other types of work as well as code. Also, this year, we'd like to propose to mentors to post ideas that can be solved by groups of contributors. The idea behind is to let the contributors have more autonomy, work together to find solutions and grow within our KDE community spirit. Let's make SoK25 a great season for KDE! Cheers, Johnny (on behalf of the mentorship admin team) Hashtag: #SOK25
