It has changed, at least the translations have. https://invent.kde.org/network/kdenetwork-filesharing/-/commit/56a75283dc9ce7ea3124e99c48950005050b445d is the commit which broke it. I'm not sure how to contact Belarusian translators though, there's no team on l10n.kde.org and there's no "be" component on bugs.kde.org
