Basically, with alpha 3 I have the same behavior as Krita 2.9: pressure works great but right and middle click are not working at all. In alpha 2 I had this "stroke start" problem but right and middle click were working fine. I'll try to provide logs in the next days. Cheers! The rest of the stroke is using the correct pressure, as actually applied on the pen. See screenshot. This doesn't happen with krita 2.9.
