Every 5 or 6 strokes, Krita 3 seems to receive 100 % pressure from the pen when
it first touches the surface, and thus draws a full-opacity, full-size dot. The
rest of the stroke is using the correct pressure, as actually applied on the
pen.

This doesn't happen with krita 2.9.

1. plug a Huion 1060PRO+
2. brush tool
3. make some strokes
