[kde] [Bug 490537] New: Tacking screenshot on Dell is a challenge, every time Windows 10 is hanging
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=490537 Bug ID: 490537 Summary: Tacking screenshot on Dell is a challenge, every time Windows 10 is hanging Classification: I don't know Product: kde Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Other Status: REPORTED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org Reporter: skcwebworld+...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Hello, I hope you're doing well. I'm facing a recurring issue with my Dell computer running Windows 10. Every time I attempt to take a screenshot, the system hangs or becomes unresponsive. This problem is becoming increasingly frustrating and is significantly impacting my productivity. I've tried using various methods to capture screenshots, including the Print Screen key, the Snipping Tool, and even third-party screenshot software, but the result is always the same: my computer freezes. I've ensured that my Windows 10 operating system is up-to-date and that all drivers are current, but the issue persists. I suspect there might be a conflict or a software-related issue causing this problem, but I'm not sure how to pinpoint it or resolve it. I rely heavily on taking screenshots for my work and personal tasks, so finding a solution is quite urgent for me. Could you please provide some guidance on how to diagnose and fix this issue? Any steps or troubleshooting tips you can offer would be greatly appreciated. If there's a need for more detailed technical information about my system, I'd be happy to provide it. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Looking forward to your response. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
