Hello,

I hope you're doing well. I'm facing a recurring issue with my Dell computer
running Windows 10. Every time I attempt to take a screenshot, the system hangs
or becomes unresponsive. This problem is becoming increasingly frustrating and
is significantly impacting my productivity.

I've tried using various methods to capture screenshots, including the Print
Screen key, the Snipping Tool, and even third-party screenshot software, but
the result is always the same: my computer freezes. I've ensured that my
Windows 10 operating system is up-to-date and that all drivers are current, but
the issue persists.

I suspect there might be a conflict or a software-related issue causing this
problem, but I'm not sure how to pinpoint it or resolve it. I rely heavily on
taking screenshots for my work and personal tasks, so finding a solution is
quite urgent for me.

Could you please provide some guidance on how to diagnose and fix this issue?
Any steps or troubleshooting tips you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
If there's a need for more detailed technical information about my system, I'd
be happy to provide it.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. Looking forward to your response.

[plasmashell] [Bug 368936] New: Screen Lock happens after waking up from sleep

2016-09-16 Thread Saurabh Minni via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=368936

Bug ID: 368936
Summary: Screen Lock happens after waking up from sleep
   Product: plasmashell
   Version: 5.5.5
  Platform: Kubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: minor
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
  Reporter: k...@the100rabh.otherinbox.com
CC: bhus...@gmail.com, plasma-b...@kde.org

After the system has been put to sleep by closing the lid of the laptop it so
happens that the previous screens are visible for more than a few seconds after
the system wakes up. Though no interactions are possible but everything is
visible on the screen. This is a security nightmare under certain condition.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the laptop to sleep after closing the lid while logged in
2. Open the laptop lid to wake up the system.

Actual Results:
You can see whatever was visible on the screen when the user was logged in

Expected Results:
Lock screen should be displayed

Currently for security we have to first lock the screen and then put the system
to sleep
