STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE connect on Android phone and Windows 7 PC.
2. From the Android phone, select the computer in "Available devices". Then
select "Request pairing".
3. Immediately on the computer a system error window will pop up.

OBSERVED RESULT
The window title is "snoretoast.exe - System Error", and the text is "The
program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll is missing from
your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

EXPECTED RESULT
I've never gotten it to work, so I'm not exactly sure, but I expect something
like a dialog on the PC asking if I want to pair devices.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 7 professional, 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
Android 11.
KDE Connect on the phone is version 1.23.2.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think the missing file is part of the Microsoft C++ redistributable 2015
version, which I have installed.

The [Alt] + [Shift] + [Arrow key] shortcut which the help overlay states
resizes the current by 1 pixel instead actually resizes by 2 every key press.
Very minor bug, but slightly annoying if you want to create a very precise
screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press [PrtSc], another print screen button, or manually select the
rectangular screenshot option to begin selection.
2. Select an arbitrary rectangle selection of the screen.
3. Press [Alt] + [Shift] + [any applicable arrow key] to resize.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dimensions of the rectangular selection increment by 2 pixels for every key
press.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dimensions should increment by 1 pixel with every key press, as it is stated by
the help overlay.

After working successfully for a few days, digikam fails to start entirely.
When opening the program, it appears to start and then freezes immediately.

1. double-click "digikam.app" in /Applications, or run

OBSERVED RESULT
digikam never opens a window, the digikam icon in the system dock bounces
forever and needs to be force-quitted.

Same behavior. The digikam_systemrc file was there, containing:

Yes! I have since discovered that scrolling will work for a few seconds at
times then stop again.

Also note, that one the same device on another drive with Kubuntu the scrolling
works fine in the application.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was attempting to format and burn a CD-RW with audio tracks (it used to be a
simple data project before). However, the formatting failed and the disc
automatically ejected itself from the drive. Cancelling the format and burn did
not appear to do anything out of the ordinary, but when closing the program
(and not saving a project file) caused it to crash as it was closing.
The formatting error with the CD may or may not be related, could simply be due
to a worn out disc as it resisted formatting and copying on previous attemtps,
but it should be noted as a possible cause.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Most frequently occurs when playing back video and/or audio, but not
necessarily. The Discord application may or may not be related, also with
multimedia, including images, but always most frequently with video/audio.
Beyond that, no discernable reason or pattern to the crashes since sometimes
they may even occur when the computer is idle and I'm away.
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Beforehand nothing unusual is occurring, CPU, RAM, and disk well under the
maximum stresses. After the crash, usually the screen halts, then goes blank or
reverts to the computer manufacturer logo that appears during boot or simply
goes black.
Once, every running program (including background and seemingly some drivers)
crashed one by one or rather, the system could no longer "find them", but that
seems to be a unique instance.
This appears to have been the only time it recovered from the crash.
- Custom settings of the application:
Several icons on the desktop, including some files. 3 sticky note widgets. 1
combo system load widget. 1 RAM & swap widget. 1 CPU widget. 1 weather widget.
1 KDE connect widget, default wallpaper.
- External hardware
System is installed on an external hard drive connected via USB. Also connected
is a 4x USB hub, with a wireless mouse, an optical drive, and a floppy drive
all connected.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

I do have (under -configuration for Keyservers) 'auto-key-retrieve' ticked on
already. This makes no difference.

2. Remove old version from Latte Dock
3. Pin new version to Latte Dock
4. Position appimage to towards the left.
5. Appimage icon greys out and becomes inactive.
6. Clicking on other apps already open on the desktop sends the appimage icon
back to the right side of the dock.
7. The app next to where the appimage was moved to is now greyed out and
inactive.

OBSERVED RESULT
Killing Latte Dock then restarting the dock re-activates greyed out icons but
apps refuse to be positioned.

EXPECTED RESULT
Pin app to dock and drag to position the app. The app remains active and stays
pinned to allocated position. Other nearby apps remain active.

Confirmed crashes are different. Usually results in Plasma crashing, along with
all programs, leaving a blank screen with only the mouse cursor. Keyboard
inputs are still recognized, but attempting to open Konsole has a message
stating that "it could not be found".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings - Configure Kleopatra - Directory services
2.  Add Keyservers to OpenPGP Keyserver field: hkps://pgp.mailbox.org,
hkps://pool.sks-keyservers.net
3. Apply, close out Kleopatra and Kmail
4. Open Kmail and navigate to signed email received from Mailbox.org

OBSERVED RESULT
Kmail recognises that it is a GPG signed email but presents the following:
Message was signed on 23/7/22 2:21 AM with unknown key 0x6F823A8C655EDCC6.
The validity of the signature cannot be verified.
Status: No public key to verify the signature

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect Kmail to use Kleopatra and the added keyserver from Mailbox.org to
automatically verify the signature.
nb. In Kmail security both attempt decryption and automatic import are ticked
on.

Manually adding: auto-key-locate keyserver keyserver-URL hkps://pgp.mailbox.org
into the gpg.conf file appears to work in getting the signature to verify but
then when opening Kleopatra it presents itself in setup mode. All certificates
are gone. Removing/commenting the auto-key-locate line returns Kleopatra to the
previous state with certs showing again.

It would seem Kleopatra lookup is not working at all.
Using the command line, hkps://keys.openpgp.org and hkps://pgp.mailbox.org work
- but hkps://pool.sks-keyservers.net does not.
The Kleopatra lookup returns nothing.

SOLVED? Maybe - sort of?

After doing some RTFM I found this:
"You can configure . only one OpenPGP server is allowed at any time."

Is this still the case? After looking at an example that uses Enigma, I assumed
more that one Keyserver could be added, but it would seem not.
Could someone confirm that this is still a limitation?

nb. I removed the additional Keyserver and have entered only:
hkps://keys.openpgp.org
After re-booting the Lookup now brings up entries - however I still get the
following in Kmail:

Message was signed on 23/7/22 2:21 AM with unknown key 0x6F823A8C655EDCC6.

Status: No public key to verify the signature

and with User-ids 'Not checked' in the lookup.

I am assuming I can manually select and import the cert from here, however I
was expecting automatic lookup and import

SUMMARY
Okular from the windows store isn't immediately launchable from the
terminal/powershell. I believe Kate manages this by creating a link in 
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WindowsApps\
though I can't figure out where in the build system this happens to verify
that. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Typing "okular" in the windows terminal throws an error.

EXPECTED RESULT
Running okular from the terminal or a program like LyX would launch Okular.

SUMMARY
MTP cannot be shared by more than one application.
No gui option to unmount mtp from an application so that it may be mounted in
another.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot computer and mount Android device from device notifier.
2. Access to file system on Android mounts
3. Open Cantata and file system of music does not mount.
4. Open Gwenview import of photos from device manager and file system of
Android will not load.
5. Close Dolphine and Reboot and choose Cantata and Cantata will mount music
files.

OBSERVED RESULT
Only one application can access MTP.
Rebooting works to access other applications as this action unmounts the device
from the previously used application.

EXPECTED RESULT
Open any application that has access to Android and have the file system on
Android mount/connect.

Yeah getting the same issue even on fresh install of Arch, they will turn
translucent first and when you close the application it will enter the ghost
mode state.
