If not, I can fill a separate issue. After log in I do have a wallpaper, but I don't have desktop icons. The desktop icons load after ~20 seconds. While the desktop icons are missing, I can launch Chromium, but cannot launch Konsole or System monitor. It happens at every log in, with or without external screen (only laptop screen). One or two point releases ago the login was quite fast, the desktop was working and responsible ~1,5-2 seconds after login. If I restart plasmashell with `plasmashell --replace`, the restart is immediately. I've installed fedora (for another reasons), but kept the all the config in the .config folder and the bug happened in fedora too.
