After log in I do have a wallpaper, but I don't have desktop icons. The desktop
icons load after ~20 seconds.
While the desktop icons are missing, I can launch Chromium, it starts fast, and
woking, if launch Konsole or System monitor, these only appear after desktop
icons are finally show up.
It happens at every log in, with or without external screen (only laptop
screen).
One or two point releases ago the login was quite fast, the desktop was working
and responsible ~1,5-2 seconds after login. My hardware not changed.
