you are right, further up I get an error, that it couldnt find the subjects in
the SUBJECTS_DIR
So I tried bert, which I copied into my SUBJECTS_DIR, but this doesnt work
either.. It should be enough for qdec to find the subjects directory, if the
SubjID (in the qdec.table.dat) is bert, right? Here is the error:
SUBJECTS_DIR is '/home/ubuntubeast/Documents/freesurfer_subj_dir'
Verifying subject data.ERROR: QdecProject::VerifySubjects: Couldn't find
subject 'bert' in SUBJECTS_DIR

Is that all the terminal output it gave? If not, can you provide the
