Hello, you are right, further up I get an error, that it couldnt find the subjects in the SUBJECTS_DIR
So I tried bert, which I copied into my SUBJECTS_DIR, but this doesnt work either.. It should be enough for qdec to find the subjects directory, if the SubjID (in the qdec.table.dat) is bert, right? Here is the error: SUBJECTS_DIR is '/home/ubuntubeast/Documents/freesurfer_subj_dir' Verifying subject data.ERROR: QdecProject::VerifySubjects: Couldn't find subject 'bert' in SUBJECTS_DIR Input table: /home/ubuntubeast/Documents/freesurfer_subj_dir/qdec/qdec.table.dat Subj#, SubjID, Data... 1 bert 10.900000 control 1 Age continuous 0 2 Group discrete 3 1 positive 2 negative 3 control Continuous Factors: Mean: StdDev: ------------------- ----- ------- Age 10.900 -nan Number of subjects: 1 Number of factors: 2 (1 discrete, 1 continuous) Number of classes: 3 Number of regressors: 6 ============================================================ Data table loading completed successfully.
