[Evolution] How do I delete or edit signatures?

2007-07-10 Thread Aniruddha
I wonder how can I delete or edit my signatures? I haven't found a way
to achieve this yet.

Ramkumar, I've tried rscds in the past and it hasn't worked - v.0.6 with
Evo 2.8 - and it didn't work. Perhaps I'll give it another go when I
have some time.

To be honest Cosmo would be my choice (or Bedework), so it would be good
to get it working properly.

[Evolution] Exchange backend disconnect - again

2007-07-10 Thread Hans van der Merwe

I just upgraded my openSUSE 10.2 machine to Evo 2.10 - I still get the
following sometimes, accessing my Exchange Inbox.

Any idea how to figure out what message it is - 0x84e61d0? (I can go and
delete it via webmail and get evol up and running again)

CamelStore('exchange://xxx;[EMAIL
PROTECTED]/;filter_junk;filter_junk_inbox;owa_path=/exchange;mailbox=xxx;save-passwd=true;ad_server=xx;owa_url=xx.x.co.za'):get_folder('personal/Inbox',

It means the database index file got corrupted. You can fix it by
exiting evolution, running "evolution --force-shutdown" to stop
evolution-data-server, and then running

rm ~/.evolution/mail/local/Inbox.*

(note: *don't* remove ~/.evolution/mail/local/Inbox It is your email.
the rest of the files (Inbox.*) are index files, and will be recreated.
You probably want to backup Inbox before doing this.)

I presume another solution is to use a shared address book via LDAP (I'm
about to try this...)

They are, but I do not recall the exact location.

evolution --offline mail://Inbox

[Evolution] Can I use feedburner signatures?

2007-07-10 Thread Aniruddha
Since my fist question was answered so quickly I figure I ask the
questions behind the question :). How do I attach feedburner signatures
in Evolution? I have provided some some sample code from thunderbird and
'plain' HTML code:

Yes, this was removed as part of the new editor changes made. It was not
planned to add since we did not find a use case for it. Prolly, we will
add a menu item for setting end timezone which would appear on enabling
through the view menu, srini ?

Re: [Evolution] Evolution/Exchange appointment format wrong

2007-07-10 Thread Chenthill
The properties which are missing in the old meeting from the later one
are the following,

STATUS,
X-MICROSOFT-CDO-ATTENDEE-CRITICAL-CHANGE:20070705T144549Z,
X-MICROSOFT-CDO-OWNER-CRITICAL-CHANGE:20070705T144331Z.

The status property must be added, I will make a fix for that. I need to
checkout other two.
What is the version of exchange server your using ?
