Title:
Windows end up outside viewable area after disconnecting external
monitor with higher resolution than laptop panel

Status in Unity:
  New
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I use a Dell XPS 13 laptop which I connect to an external 1920x1200
dpi monitor at work through a displayport connection. In this
configuration, the external display is set as primary display and the
laptop panel is disabled. When I disconnect the monitor by unplugging
the cable, the laptop panel (1366x768 dpi) switches on and becomes the
new primary display. The problem is that any window that was displayed
at a position that is beyond the resolution of the smaller panel (e.g.
at a y-position greater than 800 pixels) now falls outside the
viewable area of the laptop panel and is no longer visible. Other
windows that were larger than the viewable area on the smaller monitor
tend to end up with their title bars under Unity's top menu bar. In
the latter case, the windows can be moved back by ALT+mouse, but in
the former case it becomes quite difficult to move the windows back to
the viewport (selecting the window in the spread, then using
ALT+space+m and arrow keys works, but is hardly a straightforward
  workaround).

  To reproduce:
  1. Connect an external monitor with higher resolution than the native laptop
panel
  2. In display setup, set the external monitor to primary and disable the
laptop panel
  3. On the external monitor, open a window (e.g. terminal or empathy chat) and
move it to the bottom of the screen, at a Y-position greater than the
Y-resolution of the laptop panel
  4. Disconnect the external monitor by unplugging the display cable
  5. Try to access the window you just opened

  Expected behavior:
  1. Windows outside the viewable area should be repositioned to fit inside the
smaller display area
  2. Larger windows should be repositioned so that their title bar does not end
up under the Unity menu bar

It would be great if this could be fixed in the 12.04 LTS version.

[Dx-packages] [Bug 1430380] [NEW] wrong default icon size with user interface scaling

2015-03-10 Thread Andreas E.
Public bug reported:

When using user interface scaling (like on high-dpi screens) with scale
factor 2, gtk3 application toolbars show the icon resource of twice the
correct size. The icons are not upsampled, just the too big resource
file is chosen (that would fit a scale factor of 4).

This was tested with default settings (15.04 iso). This issue did not
occur in default settings of older releases (14.10).

[Dx-packages] [Bug 1252121] Re: missing PrepareForSleep signal after resuming, causing networking to stay disabled

2015-03-10 Thread Pablo180
Spoke too soon, just hibernated and then resumed with Ethernet cable
plugged in and the problem occurred. Killing or restarting Network
Manager just caused nm-applet to crash so I had to restart that - which
is probably why the workaround no longer works.

I haven't noticed this problem in the week or so since the reinstall,
although I have been using wifi and not ethernet all that time - my wifi
was disabled via Network Manager before hibernating this time., so that
may be related.

  SRU INFORMATION:
  FIX: https://github.com/desrt/systemd-shim/commit/9e1ebe3ab (in trusty
already)

Regression potential: Low. Flushing the session bus was introduced in
version 4 and is obviously bogus as in a system D-BUS service there is
no session bus. This causes lots of confusing error messages and
unnecessary overhead like trying to start dbus-launch. Flushing the
system bus is low-risk, in most cases it's a no-op and it would
otherwise prevent losing signals after waking up. No known
  regressions.

TEST CASE: Run several suspend/resume cycles with the lid, session
indicator menu, and verify that the network comes back up. It is known
that this fix is necessary but not sufficient, so it is not expected
to fix all cases. But it should not make things worse, so if network
now does not come up any more on a machine where it previously worked
  this would count as failure/regression.

[Dx-packages] [Bug 1315434] Re: Mouse with no time remaining estimate showing in preference to battery being charged

2015-03-10 Thread Marc Deslauriers
Devices that report a wrong time remaining need to be blacklisted, just
like any other misbehaving hardware device. The fact that such devices
exist is not a valid reason to get rid of a sane and elegant
notification system.

Do you own a mouse with an incorrect "time remaining" estimate?

[Dx-packages] [Bug 1315434] Re: Mouse with no time remaining estimate showing in preference to battery being charged

2015-03-10 Thread Ernesto Alejo
My mouse is always 90% or 5% (no intermediate values) and it changes
~4-5 times a week; mostly when the laptop suspends. The mouse uses
batteries and it's always the one showed in the notifications area. In
fact I think the mouse does not even report the remaining time (it's not
present in the dialog)

[Dx-packages] [Bug 1430542] [NEW] Indicator doesn't use weighted average with different-sized batteries

2015-03-10 Thread Ryan Lortie
Public bug reported:

The indicator implements the spec:

  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Power#Handling_multiple_batteries

which states:

  "Their percentages should be averaged."

Apparently this was taken to mean the simple arithmetic mean, and not
the weighted average (by the capacity of each battery).

  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~indicator-applet-developers/indicator-
power/trunk.15.04/view/head:/src/service.c#L1316

shows:

  const double percent = sum_percent / n_batteries;

This means that if one battery is twice as large as another, then after
that battery is discharged, 50% would be reported. I'd expect 33%.

The spec needs to be updated to be less ambiguous about the intended
meaning of the word "average" and the code needs to be fixed.

** Affects: indicator-power (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New

[Dx-packages] [Bug 1315434] Re: Mouse with no time remaining estimate showing in preference to battery being charged

2015-03-10 Thread Jochen Fahrner
It's very funny to see how Canonical justifies this stupid new
"feature". In the meantime I switched to Debian Wheezy (one of the
reasons was this "feature") and now I'm on FreeBSD (because of systemd
taking over control of the whole linux world).

Good luck to all that stay on Ubuntu. ;-)

Bug description:
  [Impact]

On resume from suspend, screen contents are displayed for a brief time
(perhaps 0.5 to 1 sec) before the lock dialog appears.

These screen contents are not always the desktop or open application
beneath the lock screen. On at least one occasion, the screen showed
content from a full-screen video that had been playing in Firefox some
time before the computer had been suspended: neither the video nor its
underlying tab were open anymore, so the image(s) was likely part of a
buffer somewhere. (Needless to say, if the wrong full-screen video had
been watched, depending on the setting, this could be a quite serious
  issue for some users).

  [Test Case]

Suspend and resume the computer (closing the lid or using the session
indicator). Since this problem involves a race condition, it is not
  reliably reproducable at will.

  [Regression Potential]

This fix unmaps windows when a suspend or shutdown event occurs: it
is possible that the window(s) do not get remapped when a wake event
occurs, or the wake even does not get propagated. This does not
  appear to occur in practice.

  [Other Info]

The Ubuntu 14.04 LTS SRU was cherry-picked from upstream Unity where
it has been released in the Ubuntu "Vivid Vervet" development release

Bug description:

When display scaling is set to 2x or greater the fade-to-black
animation when the screen saver is invoked covers only a fraction of
  the screen.

  [ Test Case ]

Requires a display with 2x UI scaling (works best with a high-DPI
  display).

The fade-to-black which occurs prior to the screen shutting off only
covers the top left quarter of the screen.

When scaling is set to 1x, the entire screen fades to black.

  [ Regression Potential ]

An invalid scaling calculation (or rounding error) could result in writing
outside the screen buffer bounds with resulting unknown impact. Inpspection
and code review shows this not to be the case wit this patch.

Screen does not lock when a Unity indicator is open.

  [ Test Case ]

  1. Open an unity Indicator
  2. Close the laptop lid¹

  Expected behavior:
  3. The indicator menu should be closed and the screen is locked

  Actual behavior:
  3. The screen is not locked with the menu visible, it gets locked
as soon as the menu is closed.

[1] instead of this action, you can also run the script below just before
opening an indicator:
    sleep 3 && gdbus call --session --dest com.canonical.Unity \
     --object-path /com/canonical/Unity/Session \
     --method com.canonical.Unity.Session.Lock

  [ Regression Potential ]

Worst case is the lock screen still does not come up if an indicator
is open, which could be a potential security problem.

  [ Other Info ]

The fix for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is cherry-picked from Ubuntu 14.10 where
it has been in production use for some time without apparent

This is a special case of bug #49579, although this applies only to

Bug description:
  [Impact and Test Case]

  Steps to reproduce:
  1 - Lock the screen
2 - From the lockscreen, tell the computer to shut down / restart

  Expected behavior:
  * Session programs are closed while the screen is still locked
  * During shutdown, no user interaction is possible

  Observed behavior:
  * The lockscreen is gone immediately, with the rest of compiz (e.g. window
decorations are not present)
  * But it's possible to interact with programs that are still running in the
session for about 3 seconds

Observed on an updated Trusty machine, running unity version
  7.2.2+14.04.20140714-0ubuntu1.1

I consider this bug a security vulnerability because during those 3
seconds it could be possible to access and interact with sensitive
information. Yes, it's short, but you could take a picture or even rm
-rf / if there happened to be a root console available.

  [Regression Potential]

An improper implementation of the fix for this issue could result in
an indefinite hang during system shutdown, or could result in the
problem not being completely fixed and the security vulnerability
  continuing.

Neither appear to be the case.

  [ Other Info ]

The Ubuntu 14.04 LTS SRU has been cherry-picked from upstream Unity
where it has been in development-level production code in Ubuntu
'Vivid Vervet' development release for a few months and has not
  display additional problems.

Having a notebook with an extra monitor, after suspending the session, it is
possible to skip the password.
My external monitor is connected through VGA, and I am able to reproduce this
bug around 70-80% of the time (I don't know if it happens with an HDMI cable).
If I try to reproduce and the bug does not happen, I need to reboot the
notebook so it can happen again.
I tried with different resolutions and "rotations" for the monitor and the
bug still happens.
The external monitor needs to be configured to be on the left of the
notebook, or the bug will not happen.

It is so many steps to make it happen, that I made a short video
  explaining.

When multiple non-maximised windows of the same program are open and
one clicks on the icon of the program in the launcher, they are all
shown one next to each other but in an unexpected, difficult-to-
predict order: windows that are in the top-left corner of the
workspace can be shown in the exposé in the right bottom position or
  on the left bottom corner.

This makes very hard to switch between similarly looking windows like
  terminals.

  [ Test Case ]

  * launch four or so terminal windows;
  * write something different on each of them to be able to tell them apart;
  * move each window to a different corner, possibly using the auto-resizing
feature of Unity;
  * click on the terminal icon in the launcher;
  * many terminal windows are displayed;
  * choose the thumbnail in the right-top corner;
  * very likely a window that was in another corner has been selected;
  * try again various time and realize how confusing this all is.

  [ Potential Regressions ]

An invalid ordering calculation might still position windows in the
exposé in unexpected ways. This is not a serious regression and has
not been observed under production situations.

The Ubuntu 14.04 LTS SRU was cherry-picked from upstream Unity as

The unity first_run.stamp file should not be in XDG_CACHE_HOME. As it
is a _cache_, it can be ephemeral. Rather, it should be in
XDG_CONFIG_HOME. Once the keyboard shortcut list, for example, has
been presented, I don't need to be told about it again, even if I need
  to purge my ~/.cache directory.

This is a problem at our site, where XDG_CACHE_HOME is stored on a
temporary filesystem, to cut down on the tremendous amount of useless
network traffic between workstations and the user's file server. As a
result, users now have to learn about Unity keyboard shortcuts on
  every single login.

  [ Test Case ]

On a non-fresh install, log in to the Unity desktop. The Shortcuts
  screen should ne be displayed.

  [ Regression Potential ]

The regression potential in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is nil since
XDG_CONFIG_HOME is required to be writable in that distribution.

  [ Other Info ]

The Ubuntu 14.04 LTS SRU was cherry-picked from Ubuntu 14.10 where the
fix has been in production use for some time and has been stable.

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

A maximized application's title bar does not merge into the menu bar
once a user has performed Super + W (window slide). Note that if one
does not do Super+E, then the bars to merge together. However, once
Super+E has been performed, this bug persists for the lifetime of the
windowed application. If the application is restarted after doing
Super+E, then the bug is gone. Thus, it seems like Super+E introduces
this bug for the lifetime of the windowed application.

Expected behavior: Maximized window's title bar is merged into menu bar.
Observed: Does not occur after Super+W is performed.

  [ Test Case ]

  (1) Open one or more Terminals, place one in maximized mode (eg. by using
control-super-up or clicking the embiggen button).
  (2) use super-W to enter the spread mode
  (3) select the maximized terminal window
  (4) lookee lookee, separate title bars without the fix!

Bug description:
  [Impact]

It might be desirable to have a distinct pam config file when logging
in and when unlocking the screen. Specifically, using a fingerprint
reader is fine for sudo or for unlocking, but you want to use your
password when logging in, to provide a secret and be able to unlock
  the gnome-keyring for example.

  [Test Case]

  See http://askubuntu.com/questions/445131/how-do-i-enable-a-specific-
  pam-config-in-the-lockscreen

So this feature request is about allowing for a (optional) pam config
file for the lock-screen, distinct from the /etc/pam.d/lightdm
currently used and shared with the greeter.

  [Regression Potential]

An additional configuration point could allow a system to be
misconfigured for reduced security. The default configuration is to
use the same PAM stack as the LightDM login process so no new
regression is introduced without user modification.

  [Other Info]

The Ubuntu 14.04 LTS SRU patch was cherry-picked from Ubuntu 14.10

  - start typing your password on one screen

compiled and run to demonstrate the problem and solution.

  [ Regression Potential ]

Any code change to the Unity desktop shell could introduce a new crash
  or hang.

A possible regression in this particular fix is a lack of shadows when
  expected, or a non-standard non-rectangular window still having a
  shadow as before.

  [ Additional Info ]

The Unity SRU fix for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS was cherry-picked from Ubuntu
14.10 where it has been in production use for some time without
  regression.

The manpage for the "unity" command reflects the actual available
  options.

  [ Test Case ]

Run "man unity". It should not say "--reset" is a valid command-line
  switch (option).

  [ Regression Potential ]

This is a change to the man page. I suppose it might be a regression
if the man page still does not match the option available in the
  'unity' command. Not terribly serious.

Unity lock screen password entry should have an activator arrow like
  unity-greeter.

  [Test Case]

Using the Unity desktop shell, lock the screen using Super-L (or you
favourite method). When the lockscreen is displayed, a little wedgie
should be displayed at the right-hand end of the password entry field,
and clicking on that wedgie should perform the authentication action.

  [Regression Potential]

This is a cosmetic change to allow click-clicky mouse interaction to
work just like hitting [Enter]. The biggest potential for regression
is that the asset (artwork) does not get displayed or the mouse click
does not work just like hitting Enter does.

  [Other Info]

The Ubuntu 14.04 LTS SRU was cherry-picked from Ubuntu 14.10 whwere it
has been in production use for some months without apparent
  regression.

Bug description:
  IN SHORT:

The position of unity://running-apps in the dconf setting
  /com/canonical/unity/launcher/favorites is being ignored during
  startup (login).

  DETAILED INFORMATION:

I will explain this using an example, which makes it easier to explain
  and understand.

Suppose that I have Nautilus and Firefox (+ workspaces and devices) pinned to
the Unity launcher, in that order.
When I open, for example, gedit, its icon appears below Firefox.
  "dconf read /com/canonical/unity/launcher/favorites" returns:
    ['application://nautilus.desktop', 'application://firefox.desktop',
'unity://running-apps', 'unity://expo-icon', 'unity://devices']

If I move Firefox's icon to below gedit (not pinned), any new applications
that I open that are not pinned appear above Firefox's icon, even after closing
gedit.
  "dconf read /com/canonical/unity/launcher/favorites" now returns:
    ['application://nautilus.desktop', 'unity://running-apps',
'unity://expo-icon', 'unity://devices', 'application://firefox.desktop']

'unity://running-apps' represents the applications that are not
pinned, and defines where those applications should appear in the
launcher. At least that's what it looks like.

The problem is that, after restarting the session or rebooting,
'unity://running-apps' is ignored, and apps that are not pinned appear below
the last "application://..." icon, even if it's the last one.
But "dconf read /com/canonical/unity/launcher/favorites" still returns:
    ['application://nautilus.desktop', 'unity://running-apps',
'unity://expo-icon', 'unity://devices', 'application://firefox.desktop']

The "favorites" are also maintained in gsettings:
"gsettings get com.canonical.Unity.Launcher favorites" returns the same
results above.

  IMPACT:

Because of this bug, users cannot pin applications to the "bottom" of
the launcher, as unpinned apps will always appear below the last
  pinned application.

14.04 LTS AMD64 Password/Keyboard Lockup after Unity Lock Timeout with
  VirtualBox VMs Running

Status in Unity:
  In Progress
Status in Unity 7.2 series:
  In Progress
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I have replicated this bug on two different laptops, one at work
running mulitple monitors, one at home running a single monitor.

Symptom: When the Unity System Settings Lock Screen Settings activate,
and I notice the screen has gone blank and locked, I re-activate the
keyboard (usually left CRTL) and the 14.04 LTS Login Screen appears.

In all cases the keyboard is locked out and non-responsive, I can
click on the password box for my account and anything I type no longer
appears. I have to select "Switch Account" option with the mouse to
get a new login screen for my account and I can log in.

In some cases both the keyboard and the mouse input is locked out and
non-responsive. I can not select "Switch Account" and must power off
the laptop which of course is dangerous for the file systems of both
Windows VMs that are running and the host/14.04 LTS file system. I
have already corrupted the Windows VM file systems and had to repair
while testing this bug for repeatability.

Both laptops run the AMD64 version of Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Both have built in Intel Integrated Graphics, one laptop with the older
Ironlake, one with the newer ivy bridge.

Both are running Oracle VirtualBox but different version:

  1. Home is running the Ubuntu 14.04 Repository version of Oracle VirtualBox
(Currently 4.3.10_Ubuntu r93012)
  2. Work is running the Oracle downloadable AMD64 version of Oracle VirtualBox
Currently 4.3.12
  3. Both have the respective Oracle Virtual Box Extensions installed for
4.3.10 and 4.3.12
  3. Both are running Windows 7 64 VMs

Both 14.04 LTS have the following System Settings for Lock Screen:
Brightness slider - All the way left
Dim screen to save power - Checked
Lock - Switch to ON position
  Lock Screen after: 5 minutes
Require my password when weking form suspend - Checked

I have tested this with both a VM running (no other running applications were
tested) and with no apps running (fresh boot and login into 14.04 LTS unity
desktops).

  1. On fresh boot with no apps running the lock screen activates (after
5 min of no activity) and when I re-activate the laptops (usually
pressing left CTRL on keyboard) I get the login screen and can enter
my password successfully and the Unity desktop is presented.

  2. On fresh boot with a Windows 7 VM running the lock screen activates
(after 5 min of no activity) and when I re-activate the laptops
(usually pressing the left CTRL on the keyboard) I get the login
screen and the keyboard is locked and non-responsive and I can not log
  into my account.

Variations on 2. I can not enter password but I can use CTRL-ALT-F1, etc. to
switch to TTY and gain access to system.
Variations on 2. I can not enter password and can not use CTRL-ALT-F1, etc.
the entire keyboard appears locked out, but I can use mouse and select Switch
Account to force a new login screen to appear and the keyboard now works to
enter password.
Variations on 2. I can not enter password and can not use CTRL-ALT-F1, etc.
and I can not use the mouse, the entire input interfaces appear locked out and
I have to power off the laptops to restart and be able to log in to Unity again.

If I turn Lock: Off but leave Turn Screen off when inactive for 5
minutes set. If I have a VM running or no apps running, after 5
minutes the screen dims. I re-activate the system by pressing a key on
the keyboard (usually the left CTRL key) and the Unity desktop re-
  appears.

This bug only seems to occur when the Lock/Require Password when
  waking from suspend is active.

The unity screen is turned off, but moving the mouse or hitting the

The same issue happens if the lockscreen is configured to start after

Bug description:
I have selected to have window menus in the window's title bar. This
works great, except for Qt apps. After selecting a menu item in a Qt
app that produces a dialog, the menu is no longer accessible. e.g.

  1. Start qtcreator
  2. Resize window so that it is not maximised
  3. Select 'Help' -> 'About Qt Creator'
  4. Dismiss 'About Qt Creator' dialog
  5. Move mouse over window titlebar -> menu is no longer shown.

The only way to get the menu back, is to switch to another window, and
then back to the affected app.

Note: This does not seem to affect the 'File' dialog from QtCreator -
I'm assuming this is because it loads the Gtk file dialog.

Bug description:
When dragging a file/folder/shortcut and going over the launcher (as in
trying to drop it there) the launcher shows, then hides and then doesn't fully
show after that.
After this, only about 80% of the launcher is shown every time it is
activated, with the left most 20% not showing (auto-hide enabled).
Also, when opening Lenses, there is a gap the size of the missing part of the
launcher, between the launcher and the lenses.
The only way to work around it is by restarting unity (or lightdm or the
computer) or by disabling and re-enabling the Unity Plugin in ccsm.
Happy to help troubleshooting this issue, please explain how I can help.

  Thank you.

In order for text entry fields such as used in the lock screen to be

On the Shutdown and the Logout modal dialogs, buttons have a rollover effect,
but they don't have any feedback effect when clicking or touching them.
Sometimes you have a delay until the system visually starts the shutdown or
logout action, and as an user, the overall impression is the dialog being
unresponsive.

Just a small feedback like the button flashing a couple of times could
  be welcome.

Observe that the windows shrink vertically and repaint when entering spread

I expect the windows should scale and not repaint or resize when entering or
leaving spread.

  Test case.
Start a virtualbox VM (with guest additions enabled so desktop resizing is
automatic)
  Maximise the virtualbox window.
Open a terminal in virtualbox and run the following command:-

  watch xrandr

This will show the current resolution (which on my 1080p desktop is
1855x1034) - attached max.png
Enter spread on the host with Super+W
Observe the guest repainting the desktop
Wait a second or two for xrandr to display the new resolution (which on my
machine goes to 1855x1006 - a reduction of 28px) - attached spread.png
Exit spread and observe the screen size goes back to what it was before.

Bug description:
The logout dialog is, to my mind, rather strangely worded. It says
(see image attachment): "Goodbye, Colin Watson. Are you sure you want
to close all programs and log out from your account?"

Firstly, I find it odd to be addressed using my full name in this
fashion; nobody in real life would address me this way unless they
were trying to ask whether I was present in a crowd or something. We
could ask the user somehow for their preferred form of address, but
that's pretty tedious. Why not just drop the first sentence? It
reads oddly in any event because it is saying goodbye before
confirming that you actually want to leave.

Secondly, "log out from your account" sounds odd, and I would prefer
"log out of your account". The Google Ngram Viewer seems to agree
that this is a much more common usage:

  What should happen:

  1. The user (Me, in this case) installs the gmail plugin for the launcher.
  2. The user has more than unread emails.
3a. The "count" stretches, allowing for up to 8-9 digits to be displayed.

number.

  [ Test Case ]

  See above.

  [ Regression Potential ]

Any software change in the Unity desktop shell has the potential to
introduce desktop shell crashes or lockups.

  [ Other Info ]

The SRU fix for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS was cherry-picked from Ubuntu 14.10
where it has been in production use for some time with apparent

Bug description:
In the 13.10 Dash, some of the scopes displayed in the Dash Home are
not displayed in the appropriate bottom bar Scopes (previously called
Lenses), and some of the Scopes from the bottom bar Scopes (previously
called Lenses) are not displayed in the Dash Home.

This needs to be fixed for the 14.04 release.

Music bottom bar scope (previously the Music Lens) should search the
following scopes:

  - Audacious (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - Clementine (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - gMusicBrowser (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - Grooveshark (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - Guayadeque (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - Local Music Mediascanner (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - Local Music Rythmbox (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - Musique (under 'songs' and 'albums; category headers)
  - Soundcloud (under 'songs' category header)
  - U1 music store (under 'More suggestions' category header)

The Dash Home 'Files' category header should also include results from

  - Google Docs scope (currently only returns results into the Files
bottom bar scope (previously called 'Files Lens')

The Dash Home 'Photos' category header should also include results from

  - Facebook (only related to user's Facebook account if setup with Online
Accounts)
  - Flickr (only related to user's Flickr account if setup with Online Accounts)
  - Picasa (only from user's Picasa account if setup with Online Accounts)
  - Twitter (only from user's Twitter account if setup with Online Accounts)

Photos bottom bar scope (previously the Music Lens) should also search the
following scopes:

  - Flickr (only related to user's Flickr account if setup with Online
Accounts)
  - Local photos (not using Shotwell)

The Dash Home should also include a 'Social' scope and category header that
include results from the Social bottom bar scope (previously the Social Lens).
This category header should display non-image results from:

  - Facebook (only related to user's Facebook account if setup with Online
Accounts)
  - Twitter (only from user's Twitter account if setup with Online Accounts)

After leaving the spread by choosing a window with the arrow keys and hitting
enter the chosen window is often missing it's title.
This mainly affects maximized (Firefox) windows(?). But even in LibreOffice
I've seen it a couple of times.
By hitting any menu entry the title appears again.
