[Desktop-packages] [Bug 941718] [NEW] Some Keyboard Layout Options not working in 12.04
Public bug reported: TO REPRODUCE: 1. All Settings -> Keyboard -> Layout Settings -> Options...: 2. Numeric keypad layout selection -> ATM/phone-style 3. Click "Close" 4. Close the window. Launch a Terminal: Note that pressing "789" on the numpad does not result in "123". (standard US keyboard). FURTHER NOTES: I have also been having trouble with CapsLock -> Ctrl in a copy of the 12.04 alpha (updated moments ago), but I could not reproduce in the daily builds for today. (I tested using basic keychains like Ctrl-A or Ctrl-E etc. using the Caps Lock key instead of Ctrl in the Terminal). Reproduce as above, except also: Change Ctrl key position -> Caps Lock as Ctrl.
