I just tested it in my Netscape (4.7 under Linux), and since the Swedish version of the page is clearly indicated (in a meta http-equiv tag) as being iso-8859-1, I can *not* force Netscape to use Japanese encoding instead, so I can never see the Japanese characters at the bottom. Does Joey's list exist on the webserver? If yes, where? If no, why not? Original text: I wonder if it would make sense to add a page on the webserver listing people and packages where Debian maintainers have become upstream maintainers or were upstream by nature.
