The presence of the freebusyurls file keeps KOrganizer from opening the calendar resources. So, at least no data is lost. troubles with NTFS formatted disk in dolphin
Hello, I have installed the KDE available in the experimental repositories, and now I can't browse a NTFS formatted external USB HDD. After a while that I've opened dolphin inside that drive, dolphin becomes unresponsive and I must kill it. krusader and thunar don't show this problem. I've been using Kontact. If I can't solve these problems I'll see if I can use the stand-alone address book. In System Settings>Personal Information>Contacts there are two entries: Akonadi-resource Personal, set as standard; and Default Address Book. Both have check marks beside them. The Default Address Book points to ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf Might this be causing the problem with Contacts? That is, not being able to edit locations or add new people to my Contacts list? But the address book itself still isn't functioning--i.e. new locations aren't saved; I can't add new contacts.
