Bug#926711: gnome-shell-pomodoro: pomodoro break changes system sound volume
Package: gnome-shell-pomodoro Version: 0.14.0-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, During pomodoro break, the volume of my system is changed too by the program. Bug#944988: Maybe this bug is irrelevant?
Sorry for the trouble. I realize since there is a new version of libmng2 along with updated libmng-dev on Debian experimental, applying the same fix (Install pkgconfig file) may not be needed in an older version. Moreover, libmng package has been left dormant since 2018 https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libmng Again, sorry for the trouble. PS: This bug was reported against the right package ie., libmng-dev and not libmng1. I'm new so a little bit of confusion I had there :)

Bug#944988: Change to intented package name
Package: libmng1 Version: 1.0.10+dfsg-3.1+b5 Hello Debian maintainers, Seems I reported this bug against the wrong package. There is a libmng2 package in experimental with the fix applied. Here's the [link](https://metadata.ftp-master.debian.org/changelogs//main/libm/libmng/libmng_2.0.3+dfsg-3_changelog) and a quoted changelog: libmng (2.0.3+dfsg-3) experimental; urgency=low * debian/libmng-dev.install: + Install pkgconfig file. * debian/rules: + Synced from Ubuntu. Thanks! + Fixed clean target. + Use dh-autoreconf and fix dpkg-buildflags usage. + Fixed installation of pkgconfig. + Removed -V from dh_makeshlibs, debian/shlibs overrides it. * Update debian/shlibs file. -- Kartik Mistry < kar...@debian.org > Fri, 23 Nov 2018 22:12:39 +0530 Can that fix be applied on libmng1? Or is it better to pull libmng2 from experimental?

Bug#948947: gnome-builder: fails to run built application
Found the solution! Manually starting xdg-document-portal works; explained here https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/1359#issuecomment-455280209 systemctl start --user xdg-document-portal Checking the service status, I noticed it was not running on fresh login. The current workaround is to manually start it.
Bug#948505: Solution with a web browser
The docs can be viewed on a web browser (I'm using Firefox) by specifying the link to the directory containing *html files For instance, this is the index page link where gtkmm doc is installed on my local folder: file:///usr/share/doc/libgtkmm-3.0-doc/reference/html/index.html
Bug#948947: gnome-builder: fails to run built application
This bug/issue is no longer noticed on my system anymore. All built applications run successfully. Here's a summary of what happened: - Last week I upgraded gnome-builder from 3.34 to 3.35 - Somewhere on the Internet found the solution for manually starting xdg-document-portal - Upgraded some packages (I don't pull all upgrades at once because I'm on unstable distribution... yup migrated from testing) - days passed - Started gnome-builder and tried to run a project without manual xdg-doc set up. Project ran successfully! Not believing the output. Logged out my current session and back in again. Repeated the same step to run the project without manually starting xdg-document-portal. Ran again In conclusion, this must have been a temporary issue on my end due to some packages not upgraded that gnome-builder depends? IDK, but that's what I'm guessing right now. Should close this issue. Regards, Keyikedalube
Bug#948947: gnome-builder: fails to run built application
xdg-desktop-portal upgraded to new version: > Start-Date: 2019-12-31 08:38:09 > Commandline: apt upgrade > Upgrade: xdg-desktop-portal:amd64 (1.4.2-3, 1.6.0-1) Strange... I already had the newer version the whole time when I reported this bug.
