Package: telegram-desktop
Version: 1.4.0-1+b1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

When I click the attachment button, the open file dialog window opens behind
the parent window. This forces me to keep switching the window list using
Super+Tab key every time I try to send some attachment.

Isn't the child window supposed to be displayed in front and not behind?
