Re: [Bioc-devel] Change bioconductor maintainer

2021-11-30 Thread CoreTeam Bioconductor
In order for the maintainer email to change on the package landing pages,
you will need to update in the DESCRIPTION of your package on
git.bioconductor.org. The GitCredentials app that manages package access
ssh keys is already using zl...@mdanderson.org.

Please see git help pages for pushing changes to release (RELEASE_3_14) and
devel (master) branches
http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/bug-fix-in-release-and-devel/

Re: [Bioc-devel] Repitools Bioconductor

2024-03-18 Thread CoreTeam Bioconductor
I just updated the email from mark.robin...@imls.uzh.ch to
mark.robin...@mls.uzh.ch on the BiocCredentials app. You should be able to
reset your password and add new ssh keys to allow push access to the
Repitools package. Please reach out if you continue to have any issues.

Cheers,

Re: [Bioc-devel] BayesSpace maintainership

2024-10-23 Thread CoreTeam Bioconductor
We will need to create a BiocChedentials account for edward130...@gmail.com?
Edward do you have a BIocCredentials account with a different email
address? Also do you have a github id you would like associated?
