Re: about assigning labels

2024-02-19 Thread Ko
Thank you for answering.
I tried to assign an MCC account's label to a child account's campaign
using add_campaign_labels.py located in Git.
I was able to assign a label to the child account, but I was unable to
assign a label to the MCC account.
The following error message will appear.
Labels from a manager account cannot be applied to campaign, adgroup,
adgroupad, or adgroupcriterion resources.

Please let me know if there are any points that need attention or changes.

Standard Access Application

2024-02-19 Thread Glober AI Clients
Hi,
We followed the instruction to apply for the standard access for the
developer token.
It says it would take 3 business days to get update.
We haven't received any update yet after 3 business days.
Also, during application, there's no case id or receipt returned to us.

Could you help?

Getting MCC labels on ad group request

2024-02-19 Thread Itai Klapholtz
Hello,

Upon requesting a list of ad groups via api, sometimes I'm getting only
some of the labels, not all of them.

I believe it's happening due to the fact that the missing labels' owner is
the Manager account, and I'm getting only those ones which their owner is
customer account.

Is there a way to get ad groups, with the "global" labels?

Thanks a lot.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are encountering a

Standard Access Application

2024-02-19 Thread adnomaly
Hello Google Ads API Compliance Team,

We have followed the instructions to apply for the "Standard Access" Level
for the Google Ads API. We haven't heard back and as we're onboarding more
and more users to our software, are facing more API Rate Limits so we would
like to ask what the status is.

We have followed up two times via the contact formular and still haven't
received an update.

*Case ID: - (haven't received one)*
*MCC ID: 236-319-1339*

If you could help us out here, that would be great.

Thanks

Waiting for Basic Access, 10 days no response

2024-02-19 Thread Michael Tallino
Greetings,

Google Ads API
Case ID 7-863735696

We've been waiting for 10 days for a developer token to be approved for
basic access to support a client. No response on this case one way or the
other, docs say it should only take like 3 business days to receive a
response.

How can I follow up and get a response on the status? Client checked also
and has received no communication.

We do notice the "Absolute top impression rate on Search" we have is
different than the Google Local service UI... Does anyone have lucks to
figure out the UI formula to provide that % number?

by date range:
```
SUM(impressions*absolute_top_impression_percentage) / SUM(impressions)  =
0.03245232519237203
```

API Standard Access: Case ID not asigned and no response from Google

2024-02-19 Thread Sofia Aboy
I have repeatedly requested basic access to the Ads API and have received
no response from the support team.

I have also filled out the following form to contact the Google Ads API
Compliance team, but have yet to receive a response.

https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/new_token_application

MCC: 9699198249
Case-ID: not asigned

I would appreciate it if you could look into my case and let me know when
you expect a response from Google.

Add a Service account user in google ads

2024-02-19 Thread Роберт Жуков
How can I add a Service account user in google ads? When adding through the
"Access and security" section, an invitation is sent to the email that was
generated when creating the "Service account" and I cannot confirm access.
How can I give access to Google ADS for the "Service account"?

Re: calculation of (absolute_)top_impression_percentage

2024-02-19 Thread Wei Zhong
>From our understanding, the "metrics.absolute_top_impression_percentage" is
from:
"Search absolute top impression rate = Impressions on the absolute
top/Impressions"

Also, we are trying to do it by `segments.date` which the result is
different than without the segments,
example:

Without `segments.date`:
```
metrics: {
  clicks: '22',
  conversions: 2,
  absoluteTopImpressionPercentage: 0.04819277108433735, => the UI uses
this value, so the UI does not calculate their way
  impressions: '196'
}
```
With `segments.date`, we are trying to match back the result like above
because we need a daily metric for the chart:
```
metrics: {
  clicks: '7',
  conversions: 0,
  absoluteTopImpressionPercentage: 0.06557377049180328,
  impressions: '97'
},
segments: { date: '2024-01-01' }
  },
  {
campaign: { resourceName: 'customers/7712411945/campaigns/15785859793'
},
metrics: {
  clicks: '15',
  conversions: 2,
  absoluteTopImpressionPercentage: 0,
  impressions: '99'
},
segments: { date: '2024-01-02' }
  }
>>> SUM(impressions*absolute_top_impression_percentage) / SUM(impressions)
= 0.03245232519237203
```

>From these two examples: why these two numbers are different
"0.04819277108433735" vs  "0.03245232519237203"?

It seems Google Ads API is using its way(hidden values) rather than just
like this simple formula:
Search absolute top impression rate = Impressions on the absolute
top/Impressions

Or the API has another internal metric "Impressions on the absolute top"
which is different than the normal "metrics.impressions"?
