YOUTUBE_URL_UNSUPPORTED when excluding youtube.com from placement.

When I try to exclude the URL* youtube.com *from the campaigns with  
*CampaignCriterionService 
*and *PlacementInfo* criteria the API returns  *YOUTUBE_URL_UNSUPPORTED ( 
*YouTube 
URLs are not supported in Placement criterion. Use YouTubeChannel and 
YouTubeVideo criterion instead. *)*

*We don't want to exclude a youtube channel or a youtube video but the 
youtube website.*

We use the last version of .NET libary (v9) with the last version of Google 
API (v8). 

Should I open an issue on github or we are missing something?

Kindly note that first you’ll need to create a campaign before language 
campaign criteria. Here is the guide you can use as reference for the criterion 
IDs you can use for targeting languages. In the AdWords API, you can use the 
CampaignCriterionService and you can check this example as to how.

In the Google Ads API, you may also use the service 
CampaignCriterionService.MutateCampaignCriteria and this guide for targeting 
languages. A language criterion created using this reference and here is also 
an example.

I found that usually compliance team are pretty responsive.I recommend 
double-checking the email that was put in API Center as the contact email. It's 
also important to check Spam folder. They often have follow-up questions before 
they can proceed.

'I'm waiting to hear back about my API application! Help!'? The reason I am 
asking is the attached screenshot in your latest response doesn't looks like

Query "Ad customizer attributes"

For Responsive Search Ad, one can create new attributes to the "Ad 
customizer attributes" page after launching the page via Setup->Business 
data. Those attributes can be later used in Responsive Search Ads. The user 
can provide an "account value" on the same setup page and a csv file to 
provide data for campaigns, ad groups and keywords. 

My question is, how can we query the attributes and its values back using 
AdWords API or Google Ads API? I don't find any clue after checking the 
spec. Can you please help with some pointers?
