Re: UserListError.CAN_NOT_MUTATE_SENSITIVE_USERLIST due to Customer Match policy?

2018-10-29 Thread 'Thanet Knack Praneenararat (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hello,

I'm not 100% sure if that is related to this issue or not.
Could you please open a new thread with your details so our team can help
separately?
Thanks.

Best,
Thanet

Re: Errors when processing shared sets

2018-10-29 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Andrii,

Could you provide to me the complete SOAP request and response logs? It
appears that the one you attached is lacking some of the details such as
the clientCustomerId and the Operator you used in the request.
Additionally, could you provide to me the list of all the client accounts
which encountered the said issue? You may also note that as mentioned here
,

SharedSets for negative placements are not supported at the MCC or manager
level. So in your hierarchy, it may be possible that some of the accounts
under your MCC are also MCCs or sub MCCs and that may have caused the error.

However, so I can further look into this, kindly send the requested
information. You may reply to me via the *Reply privately to author* option.

Thanks and regards,
Peter

Re: Developer Token Limits

2018-10-29 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Marco,

You can refer to our rate sheet
 and our rate
limits
guide
for information on your developerToken's limitations depending on its
access level. Additionally, you should be able to use an approved
developerToken for all or AdWords accounts.

As for secondary developerTokens, you may contact the AdWords Compliance
team via this link  for
further assistance and to confirm whether this is allowed or not.

Best regards,

Re: Keyword Targeting With Multiple Ads Per AdGroup

2018-10-29 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Sam,

My apologies as I am unsure what you meant by associating your keyword with
your Ad Cusomtizers. However, you can have multiple feed items for your ad
customizers as seen in this guide
.

That said, your initial method should work.

Re: I got QuotaCheckError.DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED on test account.

2018-10-29 Thread chai . adwords
Okay, then how about this account(483-123-4552)?
I added this account to my test manager account and made a campaign.

I called GetCampaigns.php by clientCustomerID='483-123-4552'.
But the result was same. I got
the QuotaCheckError.DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED error.

Is 483-123-4552 not a test account either?
If so, I do not know how to use the test account at all.
Why can not call the data from my test accounts?

I hope that I will not worry about this problem anymore..
Thanks.

(It seems real real test account finally, 483-123-4552)

Re: How to get Landing Page in Adwords API PHP

2018-10-29 Thread driptibanga93
Hi,

I am trying to do the same thing. Here is my script:
import sys
from googleads import adwords

def main(client):
  report_downloader = client.GetReportDownloader(version='v201809')

  report = {
  'reportName': 'Last 30 days CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT',
  'dateRangeType': 'LAST_30_DAYS',
  'reportType': 'CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT',
  'downloadFormat': 'CSV',
  'selector': {
  'fields': ['CampaignId',
'AdGroupId','CampaignName','AdGroupId','CriteriaType',
  'Criteria', 'Clicks', 'Cost','VideoQuartile100Rate',
 'VideoQuartile25Rate', 'VideoQuartile50Rate',
'VideoQuartile75Rate',
'VideoViewRate','FinalUrls','Status','Impressions','Date']
  }
  }

  with open('CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.csv', 'wb') as handler:
report_downloader.DownloadReport(
report, handler, skip_report_header=False, skip_column_header=False,
skip_report_summary=False)

However, in my criteria Type i only get age and household income and final
url is blank even when status is enabled.

Can you tell me why and how can i have the landing page in criteria
performance report along with gender as well?

2018-10-29 Thread rymj
Can I still use SET operator to update existing exclude IP addresses?

I tried it but I got
CampaignCriterionError.OPERATOR_NOT_SUPPORTED_FOR_CRITERION_TYPE error.

Offline conversions not being shown after switching to data driven attribution

2018-10-29 Thread joe . burnard
We switched to data driven attribution on the 22nd and have not seen a
correct number of offline conversions displayed in the UI since then. The
conversions are showing correctly on the Tools > Search Attribution page
however the numbers shown everywhere else e.g. the overview page are
incorrect.

To upload the conversions we are using the batch upload conversions api
v201809.

Re: Offline conversions not being shown after switching to data driven attribution

2018-10-29 Thread 'Teja Makani' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hello Joe,

The search attribution panel shows the conversions at the intervals 30, 60
and 90 days. The conversions will be attributed to the date on which the
impressions are occurred, so please make sure to adjust the intervals for
the overview part of the UI matching to search attribution interval. If you
are still seeing the discrepancy please share the screenshots where you are
observing the discrepancy along with the CID. You could use *reply
privately to the author* option while sharing the requested details.

We are running an annual developer feedback survey. Please take opportunity
to leave feedback  on
how we can make managing campaigns at scale even easier.

Regards,
Sai Teja, AdWords API Team.

Google Ads API and test accounts help

2018-10-29 Thread Morten Hoffmann Christensen
Hello I am having issues with Google Ads Test accounts.

I have created a test MCC account, and some regular ads test accounts from
within the MCC.
I have a production account, and have acquired a Developertoken, and I am
able to succesfully query using the Google Ads API Beta.

The issue I am having is that all the test accounts are not activated,
which means that no accounts, except the MCC account, will be returned when
I query the API for customers (or am I missing something ?)
I Query the search API like so:

var client = new GoogleAdsClient(new Google.Ads.GoogleAds.Config
.GoogleAdsConfig
{
DeveloperToken = "Dev Token",
OAuth2AccessToken = "Acess token",
OAuth2RefreshToken = "Refresh token",
OAuth2Scope = "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords";,
OAuth2ClientId = "Client ID",
OAuth2ClientSecret = "Client Secret",
OAuth2Mode = Google.Ads.GoogleAds.Util.OAuth2Flow.
APPLICATION
});

var adsService = client.GetService(Services.V0.GoogleAdsService
);

var request = new SearchGoogleAdsRequest
{
CustomerId = "The MCC Customer Id",
Query = "SELECT customer.id, customer.descriptive_name FROM
customer",
PageSize = 1000
};

var result = adsService.SearchAsync(request);

await result.ForEachAsync((row) =>
{
//Iterate through the result and do stuff
});

Is it not possible to get linked accounts using the new API, or is this an
issue with the test accounts not being properly activated ?

I have created campaigns on the test accounts as well, and I can see them
in the Goggle Ads UI, but when I try to get these nothing is returned (I
use the same approach as in the example above)

Thank you for your answer.
I think I will use "REMOVE then ADD".

In that case, if I remove 500 IP addresses and add 500 IP addresses, will
the number of operations be counted as 1000?
Is there a way to reduce the number of operations?

2018-10-29 Thread 'Thanet Knack Praneenararat (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hello everyone,

Due to the recent update

of policy of Customer Match, your request for mutating CrmBasedUserList
will fail if the advertiser account hasn't been whitelisted for using the
feature.
If you own the account, you can contact your Google account representative
to get your account whitelisted.
If the account belongs to your customers, they need to contact their Google
representative for whitelisting.

Best,
Thanet, AdWords API Team

Re: Google Ads API and test accounts help

2018-10-29 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum

You may use the *reply privately to author* option when sending the
requested information.

Regards,
Dannison
