Hi

I get these messages every day:

12/17/2010 00:17:19 ANS1228E Sending of object '\\x\xxx ' failed
12/17/2010 00:17:19 ANS1304W An active backup version could not be found.

What can I do?

I have a volume, the volume is unavailable:

I have tried:

Update vol P00341L3 access=readw . But the volume is unavailable in again after 
after a while.

Also checked the volume into library, library checked the volume correctly out 
straightaway.

Restore vol.

Hi

I have a offsite tape. I have checked the volume into library.

When I do "move data P00139L3", I get:

ANR1144W Move data process terminated for volume P00139L3 - storage media 
inaccessible.

When I try "restore vol P00139L3 preview=yes", I get:

ANR2112E RESTORE VOLUME: Volume P00139L3 is not in a primary storage pool.

How can I restore the data on the volume???

Backup Systemstate

Hi all

I am a bit confused. See below, is the systemstate backup ok?

It says finished successfully but what about the two errors?

tsm> backup systemstate

SQL backup failed

I got a instance on a Windows SQL Server 2008 R2. TSM SQL client is 5.5.5


During SQL backup, it stops with the following error:

05/31/2011 01:04:09 ACO5436E A failure occurred on stripe number (0), rc = 428
05/31/2011 01:04:09 ACO5407E The SQL server aborted the operation.
05/31/2011 01:04:10 Backup of CMS failed.
05/31/2011 01:04:10 ACO5422E Received the following from the MS SQL server:
05/31/2011 01:04:10 An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL 
statement or batch.
05/31/2011 01:04:10 BACKUP detected corruption in the database log. Check the 
errorlog for more information. 05/31/2011 01:04:10 Write on 
"TDPSQL-1C4C-" failed: 995(failed to retrieve text for this error. 
Reason: 15105) 05/31/2011 01:04:10 A nonrecoverable I/O error occurred on file 
"TDPSQL-1C4C-:" 995(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason:
