languages has been impossible to properly localize:
"Need to insert the date in a spreadsheet cell? Type %MOD1+; or
Shift+%MOD1+; to insert the time."
Many European keyboard layouts don't have a dedicated semicolon key

It does not work for Dutch.
Shift+, gives < and Ctrl+Shift+, does not give anything.
I use version 7.0.0.1 and under Windows 10
And the keyoard is US Internationaal
