According to the files you attached, it looks like you have TERM=screen set _outside_ of screen. Are you running a screen within screen? If so, please provide more details about the exact setup you're running, and also try running the inner screen directly instead of inside screen. If you're not running screen within screen, then it is inappropriate to set TERM=screen, and that completely explains why it's not drawing correctly for you. Please set TERM to a value appropriate for your outside terminal before running screen (what _is_ your outside terminal, by the way?).
