Hello,
To execute a A3A8 challenge you must verify the pin (unless it has been
previously disabled).
And then send the 'authenticate' command to the card; to get a full reference
have a look at the etsi site (www.etsi.org) and download the 11.11
specification.
Although it is a ETSI document it is clear enough...
