I've put the CT-API test program with source, two test logs, README
and a Windows executable at
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/crypt/chipcards/scez/cttest.tar.gz
It is also included in SCEZ, but without test logs and WIndows
executable.
It does test the CT-BCS for readers without PIN pad and display.
It does not test the commands for memory cards, but it should not
be difficult to implement these tests.
I welcome a discussion about the interpretation of the standard
for some tests and overall test procedure.
