Which Cryptoflex card are you using?  Please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] if 
www.cryptoflex.slb.com doesn't have on-line docs for
help.  (There is also a discussion group available to get help, as well.)  There are 
more than one version of Cryptoflex card
running, I believe.

Note that they are separate from our Cyberflex cards ([EMAIL PROTECTED] and 
www.cyberflex.slb.com).

Shouldn't be a problem unless the APDU commands changed.

If you have it locked, you can probably send it in for a card exchange program, much 
like Cyberflex.  Again, email
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to get details (mailing address, etc.), since cryptoflex web site 
doesn't seem to say anything about it.
