In that > > case I go handle it. Since I always see the daily notifications the longest I could miss something would be a day, even if I didn't notice it in my spam folder. And of course this is only for people who are not subscribed since once they subscribe and post their first "non-spam" email, I un-moderate them. In reality since I've trained my filter (I use bogofilter) I find I very, very rarely get false positives (or negatives).
