Follow-up Comment #25, task #16584 (group administration): My apologize to ignore a vital point of HowTo file, that is: "Please note that, since the LGPL is a set of additional permissions on top of the GPL, it's crucial to include both licenses so users have all the materials they need to understand their rights."

I think including a copy of the LGPL is required, I correct my answer.
